In this match, a tray of thumbtacks is placed in the middle of the ring to be used at the wrestlers?disposal. Any time a 3 is rolled on offense, the wrestler has the option to roll on the thumbtack death chart.

2 / As you prepare to throw your opponent into the thumbtacks, he grabs ahold of the ropes, and avoids his fate. You hardly notice until it's too late, and your opponent clotheslines you on to the thumbtacks. Add 1 to your PIN rating, and roll on level 3 defense.
3 / As you attempt to bring your opponent close to the thumbtacks, he reaches down and grabs a handful which he throws into your eyes. Your opponent takes over on level 3 offense or on this chart.
4 / You attempt to grind your opponent's face into the thumbtacks. However, your opponent elbows you in the stomach and rolls on this chart.
5 / As you attempt to hit a suplex on to the thumbtacks, your opponent blocks the maneuver, and delivers one of his own on the canvas. Your opponent takes over on level 2 offense.
6 / You attempt to hip toss your opponent on to the thumbtacks, but at the last second, he manages to dodge out of the way and land on the canvas. Frustrated, you make sure he pays for ruining your intentions for him. Continue on level 2 offense.
7 / Your opponent blocks your attempt to throw him on to the thumbtacks. However, you kick him in the stomach and try again. Roll again on this chart.
8 / You punch your opponent in the face several times, and he staggers back and falls into the thumbtacks. He is hurt, but rolls out of the thumbtacks before you can do anything else with them. Continue on level 3 offense.
9 / Your opponent sprawls out with his face laying in the tray of thumbtacks. You stomp viciously on the back of his head, and cut his face wide open. Your opponent adds 1 to his PIN rating as you continue on level 3 offense.
10 / You hit a belly-to-back suplex on your opponent, that sends him crashing backwards into the thumbtacks. You go for the cover as your opponent is still down. Opponent rolls his PIN.
11 / You bodyslam your opponent on to the thumbtacks, and continue to stomp on him as he lays exposed on the sharp ends of the tacks. Opponent adds 2 to his PIN rating, as you continue on level 3 offense.
12 / You powerbomb your opponent on to the thumbtacks, and in addition to the blood oozing everywhere, there are still tacks stuck in his skull! Opponent adds 2 to his PIN rating, and rolls his PIN.
