Pike County Federation of Sportsmen's Clubs

Introduction

The Pike County Federation of Sportsmen's Clubs is an organization comprised of numerous sporting clubs and individuals that are concerned about conservation and the sporting life in Pike County, Pennsylvania. The Federation and it's member clubs participate in conservation projects such as stream improvement, creating animal habitat, and reforestation projects; and sponsor and support educational programs such as boater's safety courses, hunter's safety courses, and the Pike County Youth Conservation School..

The Pike County Federation of Sportsmen's Clubs, along with it's parent organization, the Pennsylvania Federation of Sportsmen's Clubs, acts as a watch dog for the sportsmen of Pike County. Members are alerted to proposed regulations that would affect hunting, fishing, conservation, and wildlife in general. Federation members have worked hard to represent the interests of Pike County's sportsmen. Federation officers have testified before Federal, State, and Local government agencies with great success.  Pending regulations have often being amended or disapproved based on the Federation's testimony.

Federation membership is open to all sporting clubs based in, or owning property, in Pike County. Dues are just $4.00 per club member. The dues money is split with $ 3.00 going to the State Federation for representation in Harrisburg. Not in a club? You may still join the Federation as an individual member for only $ 5.00.
