Bertie was also invited to the AKC National Obedience Invitational in Long Beach CA. We were very honored by that invitation.

This is where it started

Bertie shown age 22 months old at her first Obedience Trial taking High in Trial with a 197. Judge Bernie Brown, GSDC of W. PA. fall show. September, 1999.
Bertie is the daughter of Maro's Tamara Von Hauben UDX, CGC TDI, OFA and CH Sugarstone's Andre A OFA UDX, HS, OA. Bertie finished her CD in three shows with an average score of 196. It's onto Open now.

Bertie finished her CDX in October 2000. In November Bertie went to the German Shepherd National in Columbus. She took first place in Open A with a 196 1/2. This was our second National and the first one we've ever entered. It was exciting to see all the Shepherds competing and a thrill to have placed.

Bertie has been ranked #3 German Shepherd for her performance in Novice and #9 German Shepherd for Delaney points according to Front & Finish for the year 2000.

NEWS FLASH!!!! 2002 Bertie completed her UD in 3 shows!!!

High in Trial, High Combined Score 395 1/2 Judge: Bernie Brown

ANOTHER NEWS FLASH!!!! 2002 Bertie completed her UDX in 16 shows!! On this day 9/7/02 at Altoona Area Kennel Club Bertie was High Combined and High in Trial along with finishing her UDX!!!!

NEWS FLASH!!!! 2003 Bertie completed her OTCH on October 18th 2003 at the Upper Potomac Valley Show in Maryland, with a first place in Utility B giving her 10 points and finishing her OTCH title, she also took high combined that day with a 393 1/2!!!!

NEWS FLASH!!!! 2005 On January 2, 2005 Bertie at age 7 1/2 at Westmoreland County Obedience Training Club trial completed her 40th UDX leg giving her the title UDX4, she took a second in Open and Utility that day. Bertie is now retired and cheering on her daughter Paige
