Mary Catherine Lane lived in Pennsylvania most of her life.

Mary Catherine was a member of The Daughters of America, Waverly, New York Chapter and a member of the Keystone Baptist Church in South Waverly, Pennsylvania for many years.
She married Thomas Wesley Foster on February 5, 1925.
Mary Catherine and Thomas Wesley Foster had nine children. They are as follows:

1) Ralph Eugene Foster - Born October 1924 and Died at the tender age of 2 1/2 months old
2) Lillian Elmina Foster - Born September 11, 1925

3) Iva Lucille Foster - Born November 20, 1926

4) Dorothy Louise Foster - Born December 13, 1928 Died on October 10, 1997

5) Helen June Foster - Born June 3, 1931 Died on May 17, 2005

6) Shirley Jean Foster - Born June 15, 1936 Died on January 25, 1997

7) Thomas Richard Foster - Born March 14, 1935 Died on December 17, 1995

8) Margaret M. Allen - Born on May 17, 1938

9) Betty Jane Foster - Born on January 26, 1941 Died on February 17, 1996

Mary Catherine and Thomas Wesley were married for 57 years until Mary Catherine passed away on March 16, 1981. Thomas died 6 years 5 months later in August 1987.
Mary and Thomas were both laid to rest in Forrest Lawn Cemetery in Elmira, New York.
