This is the page for all the weird, interesting or just plain cute observations I've noticed during Cats the video.
- There are 2 cats named Asparagus. I thought their names were supposed to be unqiue?
- Towards the end of Macavity Demeter makes this weird face like she made a mistake.
- At the beginning of Tugger's song Munkustrap turns his head really quick and spit flys out of his mouth. I hope it didn't hit Jenny :)
- The 2 womanizers of the jellicles are definitely Alonzo and Tugger.
- At the beginning of the Jellicle Ball when Victoria comes out you can see Mistoffelees backstage walking around.
- During Pekes and Pollicles Munkustrap adjusts his arm warmer. It's the part where Mungojerrie and Rumpleteazer jump forward.
- During Skimbleshank's song, Skimble steps on Asparagus' foot.
- Alonzo does this really cute jig in the background when Tugger is playing the bagpipes.
- Exotica only appears during select scenes of the musical.
- During the Gumbie Cat song, Bombalurina, Munkustrap, Demeter and Jellylorum just appear out of nowhere dancing in front of the beetles.
- During Skimbleshanks, when they are forming the train thing Alonzo has his wheel there before anyone else so he has to double back a couple times till everyone's ready.
- During Skimbleshanks, when Munkustrap is turning the wheel he is noticibly fake smiling. It's so funny.
- Exotica changes costumes in the few scenes she is in.
- At the beginning of Rum Tum Tugger's song, Pouncival does this awesome backflip off the tire.
- During the beginning of Mr. Mistoffelees when Demeter, Bombalurina and Munkustrap are doing the " dowahs" for the background of the song Munku is obvious lip synching.
- When Mistoffelees picks Cassandra as his assistant Tugger shakes his hand like Misto made a good choice.
- During Bustopher Jones, when Skimble gets the hat he runs around in the background with the hat over his head until it's time to put it down on the ground.
- Munkustrap always has these weird zoned out looks on his face.
- During the prologue, when they form the Cats pyramid Tugger puts his hand on Munkustrap and Munku quickly brushes it off.
- When they form the Cats pyramid and the cats put there hands out in front of them for the slow part you can see Alonzo's eyes looking to both sides of him like " Am I doing this right?"
- Mistoffelees loses his shoe during Pekes and Pollicles when Tugger bumps into him. The shoe thing slides across stage and Electra tramps it.
- Is it just me or are the Cats eyes in the beginning credits way to close together?
- During the slow part of the Jellicle Ball, Tugger is paired up with Jennyanydots. It's pretty disguisting.
- Before Pouncival scratches Grizabella watch the background. The other cats back there with him are pushing him forward to do it! Kitty peer pressure!
- When the make the train during Skimbleshanks' song Cassandra picks an imaginary flea off Tumblebrutus.
- The ball Tugger kicks almost hits Mistoffelees, obviously :)
- Gus the theatre cat always gives the other jellicles really weird looks.
- When Mungojerrie does the jump over Rumpleteazer during their song he sticks out his tongue in mid-air.
- During the Rum Tum Tugger, in the background you can see Rumpleteazer bothering Skimbleshanks.
- Pouncival is the assassin for Jennyanydots during the Gumbie cat number. He appears from out of the stove and follows her with the fork.
