A world bound by an evil ruler!
This ruler has constant headaches and can't stand noise. So she casts an evil spell so nobody in the world will make noise! Only two men in the whole world have the ability to talk (nobody really knows why they still can... perhaps it's they are really stupid) The two men who's names are Jack the Tipper and Olay Simpson. Jack has a major drinking problem and Olay is a steroid pumping football player (who is strangely addicted to potato chips) Cry as they overcome addiction, laugh as they outsmart the evil Girls, and humm as the book goes into the boring part between page 3 and 495. Read along as they live life in a silent world. Facing the evil lord Bowers.
