Why is this element important in everyday life?
The element I chose to write about is Sulfur. This element is important to everyday life, especially when being used in industry. Sulfur is used to make sulfuric acid, which is a colorless, thick, heavy, and oily liquid. More of it is made than any other substance. Without sulfuric acid, many industries would not be as prosperous as they are today. SF2, S2O, and SCl4 are some compounds of sulfur that are essential to life. Although sulfur's main use is to produce sulfuric acid, it is also used in insecticides, matches, fireworks, dyes, drugs, and several other things.
Where is this element found in nature?
Sulfur is thought to have been made in the stars. It forms in environments associated with volcanic activity. It is found in most of earth's rocks, as well as all living tissue. The most naturally occurring free sulfur lies under layers of quicksand in Louisiana and Texas.
What are the properties of the element?

Who is Stinky Sophie Oxygen ?
Stinkie Sophie Oxygen, who is sixteen years old has always been known for her pungent , rotten odor. She is extremely unique among the rest of her family members, due to her soft and sensitive personality. She has a pale yellow complexion , does not yet use deodorant, and surprisingly has many friends. In her lifetime, she has helped several doctors come up with medications for infections. She lives in room 32 of her apartment building.
Stinky Sulfur enjoys swimming on hot days with her friends. Since she is such an excellent swimmer and determined never to dissolve, she has to watch after the rest of her friends. She works secretly as a bleaching agent for the CIA, so she does not have tons of free time. When she is not working, however, she spends her time swimming, taking long walks, playing street hockey, and eating. Her hockey number is 16. She is a very sloppy eater and always tarnishes the silverware.
On one sweltering July day, Sophie decided to take a walk on the rocks of the earth, not knowing that the temperature outside had risen to 119 degrees Celsius. As she continued on her way, she began to melt. Her father, Oxy, and her best friend, Claura, ran to help her, but they only made the matters worse. The temperature got even hotter and Sophie's conditions got even more critical. The temperatures then increased to 444.7 degrees Celsius and she began to boil. She was a very poor conductor of heat, but after being outside for so long, she boiled and blew up into blue flames. Claura and Oxy got there just in time to see the massive explosion.
