Why is this element important in everyday life?
Hydrogen by itself is not an extremely common thing to be used in everyday life. It is a very common element, but is generaly found in compounds. Before World War II, Hydrogen was the gas of choice for the airships used by European countries. It was the best thing for the job because it being lighter than air. A flaw that was overlooked was the reactivity of the element. The use of Hydrogen stopped abruptly when the Hindenburg burned up killing and injuring many people. Modern airships use Helium as the gas to lift themselves. It is slightly more heavy but it is a noble gas leaving almost no chance of a reaction. Another use for the pure form of hydrogen is to propel rockets into space. The main engine of the space shuttle system uses liquid Hydrogen as well as Oxygen to fuel the engines.
Where is this element found in nature?
Hydrogen is found everywhere in nature. The element is in thousands of compounds. In the earth's crust 150 out of every 1000 atoms are Hydrogen but it is less than one percent of the earth's mass. It also accounts for 88 percent of the atoms in the universe and is 90 percent of the mass of the sun. Hydrogen is found everywhere including compounds from water to hydrocarbons, acids, and proteins.

Who is Harry Hydrogen ?
Harry Hydrogen is a small but complex member of society. He and his friends are the large majority of his world, but do not weigh anything. Harry must be taken seriously, without him there would be nothing. He doesn't like to be by himself and it is rare to see him that way. Harry does have a bad temper if mistreated. Generally he gets along with anyone and is happy to join them. Almost all members of the world will socialize with him but the nobles. They won't interact with anyone. One reason Harry is so popular is the people believing in respecting their elders. He was the first of his kind and everybody else was created off of his model. Harry's been to a lot of places in his life. Someone of such low density as himself moves quickly. Once he was on earth for about a day. He visited many famous places before floating back into space. Harry and friends like to wonder around and never stay in one place but they still manage to get a lot of work done.
Harry likes being with his friends of other types, but he greatly enjoys spending quality time with just one of his Hydrogen family members. This makes him feel likes one of the nobles. Harry thinks he is too known as a destructive person in the world. All people look at are the Hindenburg, and the Hydrogen Bomb. Harry would be like to be known as the one who brought us all the important things like water.
