Some tips for Stunts
- ELEVATOR: bases should really use your legs and keep your back straight. top: push off their shoulders and squzze wverything! especially your legs. Back: for this i reccomend getting ankles so the top doesn't rely on you holding her own butt up.
- EXTENSION: Really same as doing a prep, just you're going straight to an extension.
- DOUBLE TAKE: bases: try to stay together on the same count and control the speed you bring the top down. flyer: keep your legs squeezed together! don't push out the bases. back: help control the speed of the stunt so the top doesn't come flying down.
- RELOAD: bases: really throw the top so she is able to get herself back to the squish position. flyer: to go from a cradle to reload try to use your arm to get yourself to the squish position and don't let your butt drop! back from the cradle us your arm to throw the top to help the top so she can get back to the squish position and then get ankles to get back to a prep or extension.
- POP CRADLE: bases: use your legs for the dip and really throw with your arms on the pop so the flyer gets height. KEEP YOUR ARMS UP! the top should *NEVER* hit the ground. I don't think you would trust your bases anymore if you crashed straight to the ground so don't let it happen. Tops: wait for the pop and ride it straight up with your arms and sit for the catch. try to catch shoulders, not their backs. back: squeeze ankles and on the pop throw with the bases up and keep your arms up too!and catch uner the arms
