    Jack Fullen has been the Athletic Administrator in the Blackhawk School District since August 1974. He is a graduate of Slippery Rock University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health and Physical Education and General Science. Jack has received a Master Degree in Education from Pennsylvania State University, his Secondary Principal's Certificate from Westminster College, and Letter of Eligibility from Youngstown State University

    Jack served as President of the Pennsylvania State Athletic Directors Association from 1996-1998 and has been a member of the Executive Council since 1983. He has served on the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Certification Committee since 1995, has been a member of the Executive Committee of the Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association since 1982, serving as President from 1983-1985, a member of the WPIAL Track Steering Committee from 1981-1992 and at the present time serves on the WPIAL Board of Control. For the past two years, Jack has been a member of the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association's Board of Control.

    In addition, Jack has received the NIAAA State Award of Merit and he was inducted into the Beaver County Sports Hall of Fame in March, 1996.

    In 1991, Jack passed the National Federation's Certified Athletic Administrator's exam to become one of approximately 1,200 Certified Athletic Administrators in the country, and was selected as the Pennsylvania State Athletic Director of the Year in March of 1998.
