Well, things are looking good for WS Design (my virtual company for those who have forgotten), we here at the home office have received a very official type letter from da boys in Redmond wanting us here to be absolutely sure that our licenses are correct and up to date...
What William and da boyz don't know is that we here only have one (1) operational computer with one (1) a-waitin' a total rebuild (and it's also a-waitin' a new OS which our fiercest competitor was gonna burn a CD fer so I didn't have to download it all but to date no CD has been received in, wink, wink)...
Our corporate HQ 'puter is compliant...
Sorta...
Well, at least as far as the Microsoft stuff is concerned...
And we are most happy that we are receiving an average of four (4) magazines per week because we are active in the industry...
We are rather liberal in our definition of "active in the industry"...
And we are still workin' out the details of our virtual IPO where our stocks can be purchased with virtually anything virtual...
Groovy ideas from groovy people(tm)...
And 16 hours worth of scheduled meetings next week, 40% of my work week will be consumed by freakin' meetings which will be followed by 24 hours of training the following week, a full 60% of my freakin' work week and if you put it all together averages 50% of the next two weeks (one full week for those who are not paying attention to me ramblin' on about things which are not important to anyone except myself) will be consumed by non-work activities and management wonders why nothing seems to get done...
Not that I'd know anything about math for math art EVIL and has caused me to be passed over for various promotions since I have never taken calculus...
