Jensen Ackles is the new Eric Brady on Days. He joined the cast in late 1997 (around October or Novemeber) and is Sammi's twin brother. His character doesn't have much of a storyline yet, except for the fact that he is pressuring his mother, Marlena, to stay with Roman and not John. He has also been pretty aggresive towards John, telling him to "Back Off" from Marlena and other threatening remarks.
Eric's storyline should be devoleping in early/spring 1998, which includes his best friend Nicole (from Denver, Colorado) and another friend, Taylor, who wants more than just Eric's friendship.
