Travis Meeks
Travis Shane Meeks was born on April 27, 1979 in Jeffersonville, Indiana. His parents names are Gary Meeks, and Vicky Carlton.
He also has a sister named Angela. He was mostly raised by his grandmother until he moved in with his dad.
He lived a very hard life filled with drugs, alcohol, and run-ins with the law. He and his friends began sleeping around at very young ages.
At the age of 14, Travis became a father. He found out the news while in jail after turning against a cop.
He then moved in with his girlfriend and newborn daughter Savannah. They were living on welfare at the time.
Soon after he had moved in, Travis got in a fight with a few guys and left. He and his long time friends, Jesse and Matt moved to Louisville, KY.
There they met Todd Whitener at a guitar shop. They then formed Days of the New. Travis has been clean of drugs and alcohol for quite a while now.
He is the lead singer, guitarist, and song writer for DotN.
Todd Whitener
Todd Whitener is 19 years old. He was the last to join Days of the New. Todd lived in Louisville, Kentucky. There he was at a guitar shop, buying a guitar for $50 when Travis, Jesse, and Matt came in.
They became friends and added him to the group. Todd has a girlfriend named Petty. He is the guitar player and backround vocalist for DotN.
Jesse Vest
Jesse Vest is 20 years old. He is a long-time friend of Travis and Matt's.
He is going out with Levi Sullivan's sister. Jesse is the bass player for DotN.
Matt Taul
Matt Taul is 19 years old. He is a long-time friend of Travis and Jesse's. Matt was married at the age of 15 and he also has a daughter named Cassandra Faye. He is now divorced. Matt is the drummer for DotN.
