Here are the instructions on the video:

When you get to that website, go to the left side of the screen, right under the picture and "Download Now" link. You will see a link that says, "Click here to get the client." Hit that. Then click on the yellow "Download the ABC Bittorent Client." Install that. It shouldn't take more then about 30 seconds or so. Once that is installed, go back to the main page and hit the "Download Now" button. Click "OK" when asked. Then "Save" when the next window pops up. This will open up the download screen. Once it gets to 100% right-click on it and go to "Open Destination." AND YOUR DONE! It will pop up in front of you now! ---Here is the link to the site again.---
