On Saturday March 13th, a group of us met at Franklins VW Werks in Kent, WA to prepare for the XXX Burger Cruise. Originally, there were going to be a few of us getting together to cruise up Snoqualmie and just hang out before meeting everyone else at XXX Burger Drive In.

We had a super turn-out, as you can see by the pictures below. In total, we had about 15 Volkswagens all cruisin up I-405 to I-90. We did stop in Issaquah and took over a gas station! We then made our way up to Snoqualmie and then again took over another gas station, prior to heading up to Snoqualmie Falls Salish Lodge upper lot. Then it was off to XXX Burger Drive Inn, where there were probably 100 plus Air Cooled VWs! Oh, the food was great too.

It sure was a good time; and a great start to the summer cruises!! Be on the lookout for more cruises and events!
