May 13 Well, I just got back from my own little solo adventure in Shanghai. Mia and I got abandoned! The two of us went to use the wsahroom and by the time we got back, the group had disappeared! It turns out that they thought we were going shopping together. Anyway, Mia and I located a metro station, and after deciphering the signs, we went our separate ways. She went to Xujiahui and I went in the opposite direction to try and find my way back to the hotel. So I took the metro to People's Square, walked across, found a 123 bus after some trouble, and had an incredibly crowded ride home! But I did it! When Tom finds out, he's gonna flip!
