Dominion High School - Security Flaws
Flaw 1) All Microsoft products including windows itself allows you to get around the fact that you can't normally access the C:\ Drive. You do this simply by either 2 different methods
- Method One:
Create a shortcut or modify a shortcut as shown below.
Right Click the shortcut and click properties.
Then replace the data as shown in the table below.
Change To =>
Now all you do is click on it and you've now gained access to the C:\ Drive!
- Method 2:
This method revolves around using Microsoft other popular products the Office series. The picture below well show you how.
By clicking open in any office product then favorites, history, or my network places, you gain instant access to the C:\.
Flaw 2) Even though Dominion High School's Techs have taken away the usage of CMD.EXE or the Command Prompt, they haven't gotten rid of it altogether. Follow these 2 methods that well describe ways to access all functions in windows.

Using the step above on how to access the C:\ drive, browse your way to "C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\COMMAND.COM"
