GKR Karate North West - Lee's UK based unofficial GKR site, with loads of interesting information.

Go-Kan-Ryu Karate - Ian's unofficial Australian based GKR site. One of its features is timetables for just about every GKR region worldwide.

GKR Karate International - The OFFICIAL GKR website. This site is presently under construction, so keep checking back.

The Shotokan Planet - Bob Redmond's informative site. Covers Shotokan history, kata's and kumite.

Shotokan and Goju Kata Videos - Have a look at how other styles practice the same katas. While they're not always exactly as we practice them in GKR, these downloadable videos may help you learn the basic patterns for katas.

Amimated Gifs - A different way of viewing various katas. Faster than downloading the video, they're a little more crude in viewing - but still helpful.

Shobukan Karate Club - Based in Zurich, and written in german - again useful for it's kata videos.

Wabukan - An Argentinian Goju based Club, but with descriptions in English. No videos here, but full written descriptions of the katas.

The Book of 5 Rings - "Go Rin No Sho" Written by Miyamoto Musashi in 1645 (Translated by Victor Harris).  Very interesting to read and think about your kumite.
