The kits consist of six pots and six varieties of herbs and all the ingredients needed to successfully grow healthy herbs. The kit comes complete in a calico bag and all the products are fully bio-degradable.
The kits sell for $10 each or 2 kits for $15 which represents great value.
The kits were developed by Hungry Animals, which is a company operating under the Young Achievement Australia (YAA) Business Skills Program by students completing their second year of Advanced Diploma in Horticulture (Production) and (Agriculture) Dairy studies. Hungry Animals is based at The University of Melbourne, McMillan, South Road, Warragul, and consists of 16 company members. The product was developed with the aim of utilising the collective knowledge and experience shared by members of the company, and with an emphasis on values shared.
