Welcome to the Dixie Chicks! Natalie, Martie and Emily are three amazingly talented women who have been on the international country music scene since 1998 with their release of the album 'Wide Open Spaces'. These chicks have created their own sound and have won the hearts of country music lovers all over the world. They won 4 Grammy's in 2002 alone, and have an array of awards to their name. Their second album 'Fly' was released in 1999, claiming them 'Album of the Year'. Their third album 'Home' was released in 2002 and their music just keeps getting bigger and better, leaving 'Home' to grab them a Grammy for 'Best Country Album' in 2002. The Dixie Chicks are currently on their 'Top of the World' tour, and have almost made it downunder to Australia, and I'm excited to say that I'll be there at the front of the Sydney Entertainment Centre!
