Next summer, the week of July17-24 (Saturday to Saturday) I am hoping to rent out this place. It is a 6-8 person Condo. It has everything that we would need for a week of crazy fun (See below for all the info, or check the web page). It would come out to be $180 per person for the week (that’s about $25 a day!). There would also be an $85 security deposit that we would receive back after we leave the condo if there is no damage or problems. There are 2 condos next to each other available that week for rent, so we can have up to 16 people. But we are only reserving one until we have enough people to rent another so this is first come first serve. The first six people to get the deposits in are the people that will definitely have a spot, The rest will have to hope that at least another four will go so everyone can go. This is a GUYS ONLY TRIP! We will drive down and rage out for a week. This place is one mile away from the main strip on Virginia beach and a block away from the ocean, it will be nuts. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen, including, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and all cooking utensils (Serving dishes for 8 to 10 people). Also a large spacious living room with Color TV, HBO and Cable, also a Queen size pull out sleeper sofa, Hardwood floors and carpeting. Each unit also has two bedrooms with a full and twin size bed in each room. Two full bathrooms, Dining area, and Central Air Conditioning. The also have private back yards with a picnic table, grill, and off street parking spaces.
