Recorded on March 1, 1997. The song "Lucid" was actually a song from the drummer's other band "Frozen Urine" that I re-wrote the lyrics for, mainly because I couldn't understand the lyrics on the tape that the drummer gave me. I wrote "Innocent Child". The song "14 Days" was written in 5 minutes, and I used the unfinished lyrics for another song that we had scrapped. Andrew (the guitar player) suggested using "Oi Oi Oi" for the chorus.
