Just think . . .

Of your passing from all that
pain and suffering into a place
of unknown calm, peace and happiness;


Of taking a Hand
and
finding it's God's Hand welcoming you;


Of falling asleep in my arms,
waking up,
and finding you're in Heaven;


Rest now my dear, dear mother
in the peace and happiness of God's arms.



I love you, Mom

Give, O Lord, to my mother and the faithful souls
you have taken,
rest in paradise, your place of light
in Heaven forever;

And we who are still pilgrims here
be with us and keep steadfast in our Faith,
giving us peace, strength
and acceptance of your Holy Will.

And, leading us into your Kingdom
on the day you call us home.
