Nestled amongst the Coast Mountain Range, Yaquina Bay and the Pacific Ocean, Newport portrays the Central Oregon Coast at its best. Whether your oceanside adventure includes beach combing, whale watching, visiting the famous Oregon Coast Aquarium, shopping or simply relaxing, the Clifton family condo is your perfect home away from home.

Two stories, view from downstairs, steep staircase to upper level which houses only the bathroom. This 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo has private beach access and a beautiful view of the ocean. The bedroom has a Queen bed.

Rental Includes:

Kitchen equipped with stove, oven, microwave oven, plates, and cooking utensils

Cable TV, VCR, DVD and Stereo (select movies available)

Telephone with local calling access

Bed linens and bath towels

Outdoor chairs for beach viewing

The rental accommodates 5 guests and 2 cars. No smoking, pets negotiable. Rental is $105 per night, or $425 per week (5 nights). Non-refundable cleaning fee of $35.
