Midnight Seduction
is a car club for quality vehicles and people. We
will not only have show vehicles but also try to hold some SPL sound offs as well.
It was started it in the Spring of 2003, by Michael & Sandy H. We
are in hopes of expanding the club as we search for more quality vehicles.
Midnight Seduction Car Club is a small club located in Klamath Falls, Or.
We started as just a group of friends wanting to have fun and work on our
vehicles and we just began to grow. We started this club to meet
other people with the same intent of moding their cars , not to talk trash
, diss other clubs or just plain start sh*t . This is supposed to be fun not a
bunch of drama!!!! If you would like to see what we're about , or just want to
hang out , you're welcome to join us... we have meetings every other Sunday at
Willey's Pizzeria at 7:00pm. E-mail or ask a member when the next meeting is,

Duties Of
an Officer:
The offices and duties of Midnight Seduction are as follows:
President
- Runs meetings, over sees other offices, helps out whenever needed
Vice President
– In charge of public relations, steps in for President when
needed
Secretary
– Takes attendance at events, takes notes for meetings
Treasurer
– In charge of club money, collects and keeps track of dues
Events Coordinator
– Makes people aware of upcoming events, plans events and
fundraisers
Sergeant of Arms
– Bounces when necessary,
backs up vice president and other officers if an trouble happens
Becoming a Member:
In order to become a member of
Midnight Seduction
ones vehicle
must meet the following requirements:
It must meet club approval
You must want to help others and be a team member
You must really want to join.. not just for a week or month....
Prospecting members will come to the next available meeting and meet people and
see how they like it. If they are still interested in joining, they will fill
out an application and then the club will look at there vehicle for inspection.
We will then ask that you be 30 minutes late to the next meeting so we can all
talk about the new member and see if they should be accepted or not. When the
prospecting member/s show up, the club president will let each person know if
they are accepted or not. They will receive the sticker, sponsor logo's when
they are paid in full!!
Mandatory Shows, Events and
meetings:
Members must attend a minimum of three shows in a year, and members must
attend all fund raising events. (whether showing or not. )
Fund raisers
help both us and the community, so we will expect everyone to attend in some
way, shape, or form.
Members are required to attend at least 1 of the 2 monthly meetings a month, to
stay current with what is happening in and around the club. We prefer you to
come to both, but we know that Extenuating circumstances do exist and
are taken into consideration. We are doing a monthly newsletter that will be
mailed out at the beginning of each month.
Bi-weekly meetings will hold raffles.... they are $1 and you can buy as many as you want.... Prizes won could be tools, knives and etc.
Dues:
Midnight Seduction collects dues in order to purchase things such as tents,
banners, displays, sponsor stickers, as well as support events such as Bar B Q’s,
Christmas and new years parties and more for members.
$25 for a 1 year membership
New Members will have to be paid in full prior to participating in any club
functions....
Current Members will have 30 days after there membership is up to pay for
another year.
Member Status:
Full Member – Member has paid in full and has a club logo on his/her vehicle as well as sponsor logos.
Member can vote on discussions.
Under Construction – Member is new or an existing member and is in the process
of building a vehicle to be voted into the club.
Probation – Member has been at “Full Member” status and is now on
probation due to reasons such as DWI , drugs, or any reason deemed suitable by
the officers. A probation period can be different lengths of time which are
determined by officers.
All members are put on probation until club dues are paid in full, after that
you will promote to full member status and have the chance to get a colored
sticker of your choice, or stay with the white one. (Only
the sticker color will change.)
Rules & Regulations:
1. All club members must present a professional appearance at all club gatherings.
2. All club members and other clubs are equal. Treat them that way! any trash talking other members inside or outside the club will be dealt with immediately!!
3. For all meetings that will be held at a sponsors business location will be strictly regulated for behavior. Any behavior that damages sponsors location in any way, shape or form will be dealt with immediately.
4. Members
of Midnight Seduction must agree to respect any places they attend. Remember
anywhere you or your vehicle goes, our club name goes along with it. Never give
Midnight Seduction a bad name for the sake of the clubs future and all of its
members.
5. Sponsors logo's will be located on the vehicle at all times once full membership is acquired. Locations of sponsor logo's is up to you (unless the sponsor has a specific location picked out), but must be visible to the publics eye at all times. Midnight Seduction banner will be kept on the rear window of your vehicle unless an approved location has been determined by the acting club president . Failure to fly sponsor logo's can result in: loss of sponsorship and termination from Midnight Seduction.
6. Voluntary termination from Midnight Seduction requires a 30 day written notice of intent and firing is immediate. At time of written notice or termination you are required to remove all club affiliated stickers (including sponsors) from the vehicle. IF NOT DONE IN 3 DAYS I GIVE: OUR ACTING TREASURER: SANDY H. PERMISSION TO DO SO. There is no refund on club dues or fee's.
7. VERY IMPORTANT!!: Any member/s that is caught under the influence of illegal drugs at any club function or event will be immediately terminated from Midnight Seduction for life.
8. We understand that at certain shows/gatherings there might be alcohol being offered to members over the age of 21.... We will keep a maximum of 4 drinks per person, so we keep the club as professional looking and acting as we possibly can.
9. Mike H. will be creating a log of all vehicles in the club, when you perform an upgrade or repair or tune-up, Etc. Let us know immediately so we can update your log. This log will include pictures when applicable. This log will help you in the long run, as you will know what you did to your vehicle, see the difference, and if you might be selling it, help you get the most money out of it that you can possibly get.
10. Absolutely NO OTHER car club affiliations with any other car clubs, under any circumstances. ( You join MIDNIGHT SEDUCTION you run our sticker and no one else's car club logo's etc. on your vehicle)
Drugs:
There are absolutely NO illegal drugs used by members in the club’s presence.
Failure to follow this rule will result in a probation or termination determined by the
officers of Midnight Seduction.
Other Rules:
There will be no bad mouthing of other members about their vehicles, however,
constructive criticism is OK.
Be on time for meetings and club functions!!
Bad attitudes will not be tolerated and will be dealt with accordingly.
Midnight Seduction will NOT tolerate any member, for instigating confrontations
with other clubs. This is a club based on fun and competition. This can result
in a probation period.
During meetings ONE person talks at a time, everyone listens to the speaker, and
all opinions will be heard.
Every member should have a good attitude and be willing to work with others.
Every member should try to recruit good looking rides and good people to join
the club.
If a members car is driven, he/she must be able to show valid insurance,
registration, and driver’s license.
If member is not able to show up to a planned event then that member needs to
inform the President prior to the event. Extenuating circumstances do exist and
are taken into consideration.
No member will damage members or other persons cars for any reason.
Members cannot bring guests to the meeting unless the guest is a prospecting
member. Members are responsible for their parties.
Please keep in mind that any of these rules/regulations can and will change at any time. We all hope you like the club and have fun while in it. If there are any problems that anyone in the club can help with, please do not hesitate to get a hold of the acting President so they can let us know and we can all help out if we can. This club exists because of us all.... make it grow and we will all be rewarded....
