How Insight Made Me Mad Today
Friday, August 8th, 2003
Yesterday we called Insight about Upgrading our digital cable service (which is now needed to get what you par for) and anyway...They told us that they would put our name on a new Cable Box because that is what was needed to upgrade. Well anyway we drove all the way over to Peoria today to trade in our cable box. And once we got there we stood in line for almost 10 minutes when they decided to tell us that they dont have any Cable Boxes in. Even though the operator on the phone said she would hold us one. No, I am not blaming the operator, I am not blaming the lady who said they dont have any in. I am blaming the company. Especailly the president all the way up top. This is all his fault...i cold run the company better.

The Story of F.A.C.T.S./The beginning of the War

On August 19, 2003 Insight Cable Communications decided, without warning, to rearrange the channels (for the 3rd time in 2 years) and raise the prices dramatically. Thus, Zach and Anthony took action. Fuled by anger, Zach had decided to call up insight and leave quite a few not-so-nice messages on there answering. Afterwards, Zach went over to Anthony's house and they started working on what is now called F.A.C.T.S., a group whos sole purpose is to get back at the cable company who had caused them so much grief in there short time with this company. And Thus, the war began.
