I have studied the Courts from the beginning of the US Constitution. There is a set of books Titled the "Federal Cases" These books recorded federal cases from day one of the court system. Time and time again the judges upheld the Bill of Rights without the Citizen claiming them. The US Constitution are the rules for the government to live by. Of course today this is a lost art, but that is do to the Amending of the US Constitution.

The Jury system was the vehicle that over ruled the judges when they violated the Constitution, but then you had Juries who understood the Constitution. Of course you had a citizenry composed of only one race and 99% Christian.

"With equal pleasure I have as often taken notice that Providence has been pleased to give this one connected country to one united people-a people descended from the same ancestors, speaking the same language, professing the same religion, attached to the same principles of government, very similar in their manners and customs, and who, by their joint counsels, arms, and efforts, fighting side by side throughout a long and bloody war, have nobly established their general liberty and independence." The Federalist Paper's No 2 Jay p.38 Rossiter Edition.

"And their nobles shall be of themselves, and their governor shall proceed from the midst of them; and I will cause him to draw near, and he shall approach unto me; for who is this that engaged his heart to approach unto me? saith the LORD." Jeremiah 30:21 [KJV]

"The Christian religion is the established religion by our form of government and all denominations are placed on an equal footing and equally entitled to protection in their religious Liberty." Runkel v. Winemiller, et al., 4 Hc. Mch.

The United States and the Several States Governments are divided into three parts to make one government body. The founding father's took this concept from the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. These Constitutions are their concept of bringing the Government of our Creator upon the Earth. This is why in Runkel v. Winemiller, the judge says "The Christian religion is the established religion by our form of government"

"It may not be amiss here, gentlemen, to remind you of the good old rule, that on questions of fact it is the province of the jury, on questions of law, it is the province of the court to decide. But it must be observed that by the same law which recognizes this reasonable distribution of jurisdiction, you have nevertheless a right to take upon yourself's to judge of both, and to determine the law as well as the fact in controversy. On this, and on every other occasion, however, we have no doubt you will pay that respect which is due to the opinion of the court; for, as on the one hand it is presumed that juries are the best judges of facts, it is, on the other hand, presumable that the court are the best judges of law. But still both objects are lawfully within your power of decision." The State of Georgia v. Brailsford et al., (1794) 2 Dall. (2 U.S.) 402, 1 L.Ed. 433.

The Bill of Rights were bound by the principles of the Common-Law.

"No position can be more clear than that all the federal judges are bound by the solemn obligation of religion to regulate their
decisions agreeably to the Constitution of the United States, and that it is the standard of their determination in all cases that
come before them." U.S. v. Callender, 25 Fed. Cas. No. 14,709.

Before the amending of the Federal and State Constitutions this was the LAW governing Government. As A Seed Line Christian this is the LAW I fight to bring back. If you check out the amendments after the first Ten you will fine they are not bound by the principles of the Common-Law. It all boils down to a fight between the Christians and the Non-christians. It even boils down to a fight between the Seed -Line Christians and the Judeo-christians. Today the judges have no duty in Courts exercising the Due Process of the 14th Amendment to uphold the Civil Liberties [Unalienable Rights] of those who come before them under this jurisdiction.

Here is a motion I put to the courts:

COURT TITLE STATE OR FEDERAL

A Hearing date have been set for ___________ ___, _______ at _:__ _.M., in the year of our Lord and Savior Jesus the Christ Nineteen Hundred and Ninety-nine, in the above entitled matter, by the Clerk of this Court. Robert W. Wangrud, Petitioner above-named, in propria persona, sui juris, hereby moves this Court for a Christian Free White Man Judge to preside over all proceedings in the instant Action.

The Petitioner is a Christian White Man seeking only to God, His son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit for Judgment at all
times and in all instances, as is, or must be, the case with "The People" of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

The only men on earth that are competent to make judgment in accord with the Laws of God Almighty and judge with righteous judgment are those of the Christian faith by prayer and faith in and guidance of God Almighty, in the trinity.

One of the Christian faith will "profess faith in God the Father, and in Jesus the Christ His only son, and in the Holy Ghost, one God, blessed for evermore and... acknowledge the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testament to be given by Divine
Inspiration," as recited in Article 22 of the Original Constitu tion of Delaware (1776).

The Petitioner possesses the God given unalienable birthright to be judged, in the Petitioner's mortal life, by one of God's
people which is a true member of the sovereign body as designated by the framers of the United States Constitution and the Declaration of Independence (1776) (i.e., a free white State Citizen) which the Defendant also is. This so that the Petitioner and Plaintiff above-named may confidently depend upon any judgment in the instant action knowing that said judgment will not interfere the Defendant's and "the people's" belief in God the Father, Jesus the Christ His only son, the Holy Spirit, and their ability and desire to follow God's Law as prescribed by the Old and New Testament of God's Word, the Holy Bible.

The divine word of the Holy Bible states:

"...He that shall swear in the earth shall swear by the God of truth..." (Isaiah 66:16).

"That unto me (a just God and Savior) every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear." (Isaiah 45:23).

"I will bring it forth, saith the Lord of hosts and it shall enter...into the house of him that sweareth falsely by My name, and it shall remain in the midst of his house, and shall consume it with the timber thereof and the stones thereof." (Zechariah 5:3).

WHEREFORE, the Petitioner moves this Court to appoint a Christian Free White Man as judge presiding in this action and
all proceedings related thereto; as the Bible requires the Petitioner may not consent to women, those not of the Christian
faith, nor those not of the Petitioner's nation (i.e., race) pass judgment upon the Defendant.

This motion is made in good faith that this is a people, in a Nation, whose government is founded on the authority of God
Almighty in the Trinity and that God's Law will be followed and will prevail in all matters concerning God's people.

That is to say;
