You may notice that in this group of pictures, there is little or no "white water". This is on account of the hands being busy..... trying to stay IN the raft. It was a great trip although the party was smaller than usual at just eight of us. This was a two day trip with about eleven hours total on the water. We use a local company to outfit us... "White Water Cowboys". These people are the greatest. Highly recommended. They supplied the rafts, life jackets and shuttle to and from the river. The cost came to about $45.00 per person for both days, including food.
Sorry about the quality of the pics. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for. I used one of those disposable cameras as I didn't want to risk the SLR getting wet. What made me think an eight dollar camera would do what the Canon does is beyond me.
