About Me

Hi, my name is Kassandra & I own Backyard Bunnies Rabbitry. Backyard Bunnies has been up and running since November 1999, and it is finaly getting on it's feet with a website. My rabbit experience got started off when my step-dad gave me the idea of showing rabbits in 4-H. After our French Lop and Holland Lop died befor I could even talk to the 4-H leader, I was devistaded. Once I finaly got the courage to get new rabbits, I went to a local feed store in search for quality mini lops. (breed recomended by my 4-H leader) After talking to the manager of the store, he told me that if I was going to show, I should talk to a breeder. So, he gave me the name and number of two diffrent breeders. The first one I called wasen't home, but the onther one directed me to a great Mini Lop breeder. Andre Von Arx. That's where I bought Emma and Willow. Thus starting my rabbit buisness. I went to many shows that first year, and a year after I got my rabbits, Flower was born from Emma and Willow.

Well, enough about my rabbit buisness, i am 13 and in the 8th grade. I am active in my 4-H club and I'm not into any sports right now but I played soccer for five years and softball for one.
