WAY'S TO END PERSONALITY CONFLICT'S

EPHESIANS 4:3 It sometimes is difficult to end personality conflicts...Prayer, Love, and Effort can go along way towards resolving conflicts.

1 PETER 3:8 BE COURTEOUS.
(1) Christians should not be Discourteous towards those who disagree with them, or treat them rudely.
(2) We should have consideration of the rights and feelings of others...This is begining of Christian love.
(3) HEBREWS 10:24- courtesy with Kindness and Respect, they are major steps to bringing an end to personality conflicts.

PETER LISTS FIVE KEY ELEMENTS THAT SHOULD CHARACTERIZE ANY GROUP OF BELIEVERS:

(1)HARMONY- We should pursue the same goals.

(2)SYMPATHY- We should be responsive towards others needs.

(3)LOVE- We should see one another as brothers and sisters.

(4)TENDER HEARTS- We should be affectionatly sensative.

(5)HUMBLE MINDS- We should be willing to encourage one another and rejoice in each others sucesses.

THESE FIVE QUALITIES GO ALONG WAY IN HELPING BELIEVERS SERVE GOD MORE EFFECTIVE

Compassion and understanding are essential Christian qualities...Empathy is the key to more love for others. empathy is "WALKING IN THEIR SHOES".
EPHESIANS 4:32 Compassion, sincere prayer, and a forgiving spirit drive away resentments and personality conflicts

ROMANS 12:18 People who are set in their ways, Stubbornly clinging to their own ideas reguardless of the EFFECTS upon others, They are unhappy and usually have conflicts.
If we can love someone the way Christ loves us, We will be willing to forgive.
If we have experienced God's grace, We should want to pass it on to others.
WE ALL NEED TO REMEMBER GRACE IS UNDESERVED FAVOR!!!

To have friends, we must be friendly and open minded...We must be willing to compromise, When it does not violate our convictions.

1 PETER 5:5-7 When each is willing to "GIVE A LITTLE" DISAGREEMENTS CAN USUALLY BE RESOLVED.

EPHESIANS 5:2(1) Christ did everything from the basis of love...He healed the sick...restored sight of the blind...and made the lame to walk. Christ FORGAVE sins. He loved us so much that He gave His life for us.
(2)To be Christ like, We must walk in His love, sharing Christ by giving ourselves.

ACTS 3:6 Such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ.
(3)1 PETER 4:8 There is no DEFENSE againts love...Love covers the multitude of sins.

WE SHOULD LIVE EXPECTANTLY, FOR CHRIST IS COMING...GETTING TO MEET HIM ENVOLVES CONTINUALLY GROWING IN LOVE FOR GOD AND FOR ONE ANOTHER.

It is important to pray on a regular basis, and to reach out to the needy and remember that your possesions, status, and power will never mean anything in God's Kingdom, but You will spend Eternity with other people.
INVEST YOUR TIME AND TALENTS WHERE THEY WILL MAKE AN ETERNAL DIFFERANCE.
