WCW Thursday Night Thunder Results

Silver King, Vilanos 4 & 5 vs. Phycosis, La Parka, & Juvi
-Phycosis, La Parka, & Juvi win when Juvi pins one of the Vilanos for the win.
Psychosis didn't have his usual mask on, since he lost to Kidman on the previous Nitro in a Hair vs. Mask match.
Adrian Byrd vs. Norman Smiley
-Norman Smiley beat Adrian Byrd by submission. After the match, Smiley did the "Big Wiggle" to celebrate his win. This match wasn't that exciting. Just a few mid-carders trying to make a name for themselves.

Interview with Mona
-Conducted by Mean Gene Oakerland

Mona vs. Brandi Alexander
-Mona wins by a pinfall after Mona did some sort of top-rope frankensteiner on Alexander. Good match if you like to see sexy women go at it in skimpy clothing.

Dean Roll vs. Frankie Lancaster
-The match ended in a No Contest when Scott Norton walked down to the ring and powerbombed both Dean Roll & Lancaster. Norton talks junk to Goldberg by saying something like "Goldberg, I'm Next!" Doesn't this seem fimilar? Sounds like the same angle that was going on a few weeks ago with Goldberg, but instead of Sid being the "bad guy," it was Scott Norton.

Goldberg Interview
-Conducted by Mean Gene Oakerland. Goldberg addresses Scott Norton's challenge. He says he will face Norton. Goldberg tells Sid to watch him fight Norton.

Hugh Morrus, Brian Knobs (with Jimmy Hart) vs. Dave Taylor, Steve Regal (with Fit Finlay)
-Regal and Morrus start off the match. Regal gets a taste of Pitsville, USA! Dave Taylor gets to meet the top turnbuckle and then gets a trip to Pitsville too. Dave Taylor smacks Knobs on the top of the head and then Knobs meets the steel steps. Regal and Taylor ground Knobs and double team him. The aristocrats continue to dominate the match. Knobs still taking a beating by the team of Brits. Knobs gets the tag, and Morrus cleans the ring of the snobs. Morrus hits with the No Laughing Matters.

Interview with The Revolution
-Conducted by Mean Gene Oakerland. Saturn says the "crap" that Shane Douglas won't cut it. Shane says he is sorry. "Out with evolution; in with Revolution" and it seems like all things are patched up between the four. This was an ok interview; an average WCW interview to waste time.

Luther Bigs (with "Coach" Buzz Stern) vs. Bobby Eaton
-Bobby Eaton gets the pinfall over Luther Bigs. When the match was over, Buzz attacked Eaton and then Luther. He showed Luther how to apply a submission hold.

Brad Armstrong vs. Horace Hogan
-Armstrong wins by pinfall after he applied a side Russian leg sweep to Horace. This was a pretty good match. Horace picked Armstrong apart for a while, but then BA hit the leg sweep and got the 1, 2, 3.

Curly Bill (aka Vincent), Kendell Windham (with Curt Hennig) vs. Rey Mysterio, Billy Kidman
-Rey gets a pin with a top rope frankensteiner. Good match, but in my opinion, "Curly Bill" shouldn't be in the Texas Rednecks.

Scott Norton vs. Goldberg
-Who do you think won? Just as usual, Goldberg spears Norton & then wins with the Jackhammer. There wasn't anything great about this match... I've seen the same kind of match ove 150 times... Goldberg just fights for a few minutes, then a spear & a jackhammer & it's over. When will WCW think of different?
