Here's some recipes to try. I don't measure, so I've tried to give estimated amounts. PLEASE, be patient. I just started, so it'll take a while. MORE daily, so CHECK BACK.

This is how I make it, so don't be alarmed if it's not the kind you slice”!”

Hamburger (2 or 3 pounds)
1 or 2 eggs
1 can tomato sauce
1 can stewed tomatoes
crackers (½ - 1 pound, crushed)
1 or 2 onions (depending how many you want, or omit)
milk (about ¼ cup)

Turn on oven to 350° Take a large pan or oven-proof bowl. Mix all ingredients together in the pan (bowl). Use enough crackers so mixture is not runny; it won't be real thick, either. Put it in the oven and bake for approx. 1 hour. (It depends on how much you make, and how deep the pan is.)

Surprise Burgers

hamburger (enough for 2 patties/serving)
cheese (grated; mozarella, jack, cheddar)
spices (to taste; garlic powder, salt, pepper, any other favorite seasoning)
vegetables (your choice)
examples are:
onions (diced)
tomatoes (diced)
mushrooms (chopped)
carrots (grated)
olives (chopped)
potatoes (diced)

Make 2 hamburger patties. Put a small amount of the cheese and vegetables on one of the patties. Season to taste. Take the second patty place over the top of the mixture. Pinch sides of the two patties together. Hint: Make the second (top) patty a little larger than the bottom one. Wrap with aluminum foil and bake about 1/2 hour, or until done. The oven should be pre-set to 350°.
This is good for CAMPING, too.

chedar cheese (1 slice per boat
1/2 sice bacon for each boat

Place bologna slices on a cookie sheet. Have the oven on broil. Place the bologna slices in the oven. Watch them carefully. It takes about 1-2 minutes. When the bologna pieces curl up into a bowl shape, take out of the oven. Fill each bologna piece with mashed potatoes. Place a slice of cheese/and or a slice of bacon on each boat. Place back into the oven. They are done when the cheese and bacon are cooked to your desired taste.

Twice Baked Potatoes

potatoes (1 per serving)
milk (±Ž1/2 cup)
1/4 cube butter
cheese (1 slice per potato)
bacon (1 slice per potato)

Bake potatoes in 350° oven for 1 hour. After the potatoes are done, cut each potato in half. Scoop the potato from the skin. Be careful not to damage the skin. Use milk, butter and salt with the potato to make mashed potatoes. Fill each skin with the mashed potatoes. Place on a cookie sheet. Add cheese and/or bacon to the top of each filled shell. Broil in the oven until the bacon is cooked and the cheese is melted.
