Bodies Under Siege is a mailing list. It is for people who SI, who used to SI, friends/family of people who SI, or anyone with an interest in understanding and supporting other SIers. The mailing list is full of 560 great people who know what you're going through and can help. They are the next best thing to seeing someone professionally. They are wonderful, caring, and always there for you. Many have ICQ, AOL, or Yahoo IM, so there's almost always someone online who can you can talk to. I would encourage anyone to join the list. You don't have to post, but you can live knowing that someone else is going through the very same thing you are.
