The Lahore American School employs a faculty that is composed of both locally and foreign hired educators 95% of whom hold U.S. or equivalent certification. The majority of the staff also hold advanced degrees. There is a comprehensive program of staff development which is aimed at developing the curricular program and advancing the professional repertoire and expertise of the faculty. American principles of education form the philosophical basis of curricular and procedural decisions.
