I come home
To a night alone
Hold the memories fast
With a photograph
These lonely tears
Fall like rain tonight
There is no sleep
Without you

Did you know that I still dream about you?
Here in the night it's just you and me
Two fools tryin' to make it
The way it's supposed to be
I still think you're there
When I turn out the light
And though you won't believe it
I still reach for you in the night

Steadfast walls
They come down tonight
It's much too late
To apologise
This empty room
Has never seen so may ghosts
Guess I'll hang them up
For the night
They'll still be there
When I wake up in the morning
Wish I could say the same
About you
