An Air Force Honor Guard team marched with the flag-draped casket of Maj. Woodrow Parker II, Sept. 26
in Arlington National Cemetery. Brig. Gen. R. Stephen Ritchie, Mobilization Assistant to the commander, Air Force
Recruiting Service, and Parker were flying their F-4D over North Vietnam April 24, 1968, when the aircraft
went down. Parker didn't survive and has been missing in action in North Vietnam since 1968. Ritchie
presented Parker's parents with the folded American flag from their son's casket.
