Mystic Knight of Tir Na Nog:
Justin plays Prince Ivar from another country and came to the Kingdom of Kells to find the precious challace that was captured and taken away from his kingdom. Along the way, he meets Rohan (played by Lochlann O'Mearain and Angus (played by Vincent Walsh and decided to help them on their quest to save Kells along with his own quest.
It was aired all over the world during 1998-1999. Some countries still might be airing the reruns.
You can get a copy of the VHS of "Mystic Knights of Tir Na Nog" in NTSC or PAL format anywhere. The video only contains four episodes when the main four characters earned their armour suits. It is under Century 20 FOX videos.
