I myself have been helping out the Denise House for battered woman and their children for 7 years.Woman there leave there home with only the clothing on there backs and their children in there hands and the Denise House helps them get shelter and find them proper housing.What Edna-Rose will do for them is to donate furniture clothing ..every thing they need to get them started in there new life...how is when I open up a store front and with the donated items we will receive daily they and other people in need as well will all be helped out.I can't do this on my own..there fore I am asking if you can help in anyway to get this foundation off the ground.I have been planning this foundation for 8 years and I want to make a difference in this world and to help!!!!!...not in this for the money...we need more people like me.So from donating a piece or pieces of your art will allow me to have this wonderful auction to start this foundation.We also need to raise money for a van to pick up all donated items.

Little story......I was @ the Salvation Army and a lady had an item in her hand and the employee there litterly grabbed the item right out of her hand and said that's not for sale ..the poor lady stood there in shock.Next I was in the back room of this store and a man aged 68 wanted this little table so he could use it in his bedroom so he could put his wife's medicine on..he told the staff member that he doesn't have much money and that he was on a small pension.They wanted $10.00..I would of sold it for $2.00.The gentlemen said to the staff..sir I only have $5.00 will you take that for it..the staff said no!! it said ten dollars and I can't let it go for less...the gentlemen pleaded and said I really need this table.. but no sale. I stood there and watched this and I was sooo sickened with what happened my insides were crushed and I was almost in tears.. I then went over and said sir I will give you the other $5.00 and I did and I said to the staff...you make me sick!!!!!!you get all this stuff for free..donated and here in front of you you have this gentle men begging you to give him a break..he replied business is business...You see when you donate your things to people like this they are now out for money!!!.They have jacked up there prices so much that I was talking to an elderly lady with a walker and she told me that she can't shop here anymore she can't afford it..I then told her about my company and she said to call her when it opens and god bless my soul. After seeing this and many more incidents that's when I said enough is enough!!!! and from that day I have worked day and night to get my foundation going.

We are also having artist from all over the world donating to help this lovely foundation.

When the store front is open we will display all your art work for you to sell if you would allow me to do so and the percentage I would receive for selling your art work will go to the Canadian Cancer Society.

What a honor it would be to have all your lovely art displayed @ my store. I feel that people who have this wonderful talent is so amazing and to share this with me is a great honor!.

Below is the intro letter to explain who we are and what we do;

"ART & COLLECTING IS A PASSION FROM THE HEART; A LOOK INTO THE SOUL".

This wonderful company was founded on January 4th, 1999, it is named after my two grandmothers who I adore and tragically passed away with cancer.

We @ Edna-Rose have pledged to donate 30% of all sales to the Canadian Cancer Society in behalf of there memory.

"LONG TERM GOALS"

To achieve in five years is to open my cancer house where we would offer a range of full services & support for patients and families dealing with this dreadful disease. Where they will have a clean and safe place to stay and have full access to get to and from appointments etc.

An old cancer and old collectables,together we will try to "Fund Money For The Cure!."

We also deal in fine art , help out new and existing artist from all over the world .

We will be showing amd selling their art through via gallery openings and auction. Also a piece or pieces of art will be donated and auctioned off as well.

We will be dealing in antiques and collectables.
