-At around 8.00PM EST an intense thunderstorm moved throught the Scarborough area. This storm brougth with it the highest wind gust I'd recorded this year. Max gusts to 107km/h downed trees and many signs around the area. Rain came down so heavily that it seemed as if you were caught in a hurricane. I wasnt able to here much thunder (due to the howling of the wind and rain) but did see some flashs. The rain was bowling down the street and some local flooding was reported. It all lasted about a half hour before it was done, but the temperatures droped about 10 degrees in that time from 30 to around 20.
