Kokichi is an inventor from Bustoke that is trying to build a machine to fly. You have to seach the engine then talk to him to get him to show his device to you. While his attempt doesn't work, he will join with a fully working device in Pao when the wagons leave.

Strengths: Flight and good attack.

Weaknesses: Low defense.

Overall: Kokichi is a flying character. While not one of my favourites, he still is good.
