* Inspect all harnesses and lanyards

* Ensure that all appropriate equipment is locked out when required
* Inspect all portable tools
* Ensure that proper procedures are followed during confined space entry operations
* Provide safety orientation training for all workers
* Provide training for WHMIS, Fall Arrest, Forklift, Manlift, Cranes, Confined Space Entry, Lockout/tagout, or any other required safety training
* Ensure that all facets of the project will pass the pre-start health and safety review.
* Specific Job Hazard Analysis
* Ensure that Personal Protective Equipment is worn by all personnel on site
