Infection zine draws the talents of a select group of ultra hip scenesters, and we decided to give a little section dedicated to all of them to say thank you for all their hard work and time that they put into the zine.
Noah:
Flag bearer, layout, general procrastination and coordinator. He does a
radio show called The Gospel of Self Hate with Cameron Anti-self and plays
in a band sometimes. He goes to school for TV production and volunteers
at Rogers Cable wants to start working soon and stop being so poor, as
he only works 2 days a week at a drugstore. He likes to skate and listen
to records, and uses Independent trucks, Spitfire wheels, blank decks and
Emerica shoes almost exclsively.
Write him for any info/questions regarding the zine right
here
Chris aka
Conqueror lives in Kingston where he washes dishes and works in a record
store. He's a compulsive record buyer and would cry and kill himself if
anyone ever stole (or touched) his records. He plays guitar, drums and
some other stuff, and mostly records alone in his bedroom. He'll
be leaving his shitty college town and joining the rest of the Infection
"crew" in Toronto in a couple months.
Don't even think about spamming his
email because he will hunt you down and kill you.
Stephe
Perry: Infection staff writer. Stephe has hosted a hardcore punk show in
the greater Toronto area for more than 14 years. Stephe (proonounced Steve)
currently co-hosts a 2-hour hardcore show on CIUT 89.5 FM called EQUALIZING-X-DISTORT.
When he is not busy hunting down the latest in current thrash-mongers for
Infection, Stephe's writing can also be found in Maximum rocknroll, Full
Contact, On the Banks of the Tumid River, and T'aint. Stephe was also one
of the singers in Countdown to Oblivion.
Write Stephe about his crazy projects right
here.
Cameron
Antiself: Featured writer. Cameron did the Grief interview and works in
a plumbing supplies warehouse as a shipper reciever. He hates everyone
almost as much as he hates himself, but that’s pushing it. He listens to
a whole lot of slowcore and indie rock. He thinks the whole human race
is doomed to failure and used to work in a bar in the neighborhood before
it closed down and he moved.
Cameron will never respond to your
emails to him because he really doesn't like you. Don't spam him, fuckers.
