Yes you can. You can use your ICQ# and Password from any computer that runs ICQ. Here's how:

1.) Download and install the ICQ program to your second computer.

2.) When the "ICQ Registration Wizard" screen appears you will have to choices. Choose "For Existing Users" and enable (place a dot in the radio button)"Exixting ICQ# - I already have have my own ICQ# & would like to use it on this machine."

3.) Click 'Ok'

4.) ICQ will then prompt you for your ICQ# and password. Enter them in the appropriate fields and click 'Ok'

Yes. The following procedure will add an Existing Registered User to your ICQ program. You will neeed the ICQ number and password of the account you wish to add to sucessfully complete the process.
While connected to the internet AND the ICQ network:

1.) Open ICQ.

2.) Click the "My ICQ" button on the ICQ Main Window and choose "Change User on This Computer" from the pop-up menu, then, "Add Another Registered User" from the sub menu.

3.) Follow the On-screen Instructions.

Yes. Here's how:

While connected to the internet AND the ICQ network:

1.) Open ICQ.

2.) Click the "My ICQ" button on the ICQ Main Window and choose "Registration to ICQ" from the pop-up menu, then, "Register a New User" from the sub menu.

3.) Follow the on-screen Instructions.

1.) Open ICQ

2.) Click on the "Services" button on your ICQ Main Window.

3.) Choose "ICQ Whitepages" from the pop-up menu, then, "Publicize in White Pages" from the sub-menu

4.) Click on the "More Options" button

4.) Click "Unlist"

5.) Click on the "My ICQ" button on your ICQ Main Window, then, "Unregister Existing User" from the sub-menu.
Note: You will need your ICQ# and Password for this procedure. Also keep in mind that the procedure is irreversible. Once unregistered from the network, your ICQ number will be unrecoverable!

One of your computers with the account you are trying to register is logged on to the ICQ network. Disconnect the computer from the ICQ network and try again.
