Breathing: its not as easy as it sounds!

O.K., I want you to try this; put out your hand with your index finger lined up with a small, distant (50 yds) object. See how well you can keep it on "target." Now hold your breath and try it. Not as easy is it? As you just learned, when you breath you move. Most people dont think about how much breathing can affect your shot. When you shoot you dont just tug on the trigger, you use a breathing pattern so your body becomes rock steady. Your average breathing cycle is in, out, in, out , in, out, etc., etc. Her I will give you some other breathing techniques to use while shooting. When you find one stick to it because consisancy equals accuracy and vice versus. The "Half-Full" technique is what I prefer. What you do is inhale, exhale, inhale half way, hold your breath and squeeze. Another two ways are the "empty Lung" technique, and "Three-quarters Full" technique. For those you do the same as half lung technique but shoot on empty and with three-quarters of your lungs full with air then shoot.
