Chapter 1 Sailor Fire By Chrissy

 "So you really think today is the day?" Darien asked as Serena sat down on the couch and brought her knees to her head and slowly nodded. 

"How?" He questioned as he sat next to her and rubbed her back.

 "The voice, she had a body. She was wearing a fuku and had a long staff, like the Glaive, and the top was burning. Her eyes were like fire, she had short red hair and was almost as tall as Lita, and she told me to be careful because today was the day." She took a short rest to put things in order, "Then she said that all of them would help us on our way." 

"Who's 'them'" Darien asked her when she stopped for a second. 

"I, I don't know. Darien I'm scared." Serena silently cried as Darien held her in his arms and rubbed her back trying to calm her down. "Oh Serena. I wish you didn't have to go through this." 

"Darien, I don't want to do this again. It was hard the first time. I just want to be normal, like before I met Luna." She silently cried into his shoulder. 

"I know. None of us chose this way of life. We all wanted to be normal. But it's our destiny. Think about all the people who need us out there helping them." He said as he tipped her head back so he could look into her eyes. "They're going to need you."

 "I know, but, Darien I almost died when Galaxia, and you DID die."

 "Yes that's true. But think about all people you've saved. All the people you've given second chances. You're a hero Serena. They need you!" he said as she looked up at him her eyes full of tears. 

"Your right. They need me…no all of us. We can't do it alone." She said as she stood up and headed for the door. "We need the girls. I have to go." 

"Where are you going?"

 "I just need to think. I'll phone if something happens." She told him as showed him her cell phone. "Don't worry. I'll be fine."

 "Alright. See ya later Serena." 

"Bye." She said as she bounded out the door and down the hallway and into the open elevator and hit the 'L' button. As she waited to get to the bottom she pulled her old brooch out of her pocket. She fingered the details on it. When she reached the bottom she snapped the brooch on to her blouse and went out the front door. It was a bit colder out now but her jacket was thick enough. She started to walk towards the temple her phone rang. "Hello. Hi Mom. Yeah I can pick up some things. Okay. Be home soon. Bye." And continued on her way but instead of going to Rei's Temple she headed towards the food store. After about 15 minutes she came out of the store with two big brown bags that where very heavy. As she walked home she stop every few minutes to re-adjust the bags. "Ahh." She yelped as one of her bags dropped. 

"Whoa watch it there." A voice came from behind the bags. "here let me help you carry these. Where do you live."

 "Oh thanks. I live just 5 blocks down and to the right. Are you sure you don't have anything better to do." 

"That's not to far and I don't have much to do at the moment." The person said as it stood up and Serena got a good look at them. She was a tall girl with almost copper hair down to her chin with brown and red highlights. Her eyes where almost red. "Thank you very much. My name Serena Tsukino. Yours?" she asked curiously. 

"My name is Kaen Hitokage but you can just call me Chrissy, that's what most of the people I know call me." 

"Oh. Okay."

 "You seem tense about something."

 "Just something I'm sorta waiting for." They walked the rest of the way in silence. When they made it to Serena's place she said thank you for helping her and hoped they meet again. After she put the things away and found the note saying Sammy had a doctor appointment she walked into the family room. Before she could grab the phone to tell her friends about dream she felt something inside her. It was so strong she knew what it was. Her knees buckled and she fell to the floor. In a flash of light Sailor Moon stood where she was. She grabbed her cell phone and hit a button and one-second later Darien picked up. "It's happening. What are we going to do? Do you know where it is? I'll get the others. Bye." She hung up then hit another button. After a few more calls she ran up to her room, de-transformed, jumped out the window, and ran to Rei's temple without being spotted. When she got there Lita was just arriving too. 

"Let's go. We'll have to deal with it sooner or later." Serena said as she sat down beside Mina.

 "Where do we go?" Rei asked almost impatiently. 

"Maybe Ami knows?" Darien added. 

"Actually, Darien, I do. Follow me" Ami, said as she got up and ran down the stairs mini computer held out in front of her with the rest of them close behind. After a few blocks they stopped in front of a big warehouse. 

"This is the place?" Serena asked as she walked towards the door. 

"Yes, let's go in." Ami replied as they walked towards the door once they touched the door they became Sailor Scouts. The second the walked in they saw a figure standing over a lady. The person looked like a punk rocker. She was wearing a black punk shirt with black knee high pants, black high heels with laces going up to her knee and had white hair with blue tips. 

"Fine you don't wanna give it up, MAKE you give it up. I call upon the power of darkness bring me Caratay!" They heard her scream and saw a creature come out of the corner. It had green hair and eyes, it was wearing a white Karate out fit, with a black belt.

 "Who, who are you." The woman on the ground asked completely terrified.

 "Oh my did I forget to introduce myself. I am Rico, and I'm here to steal your soul, and see if you have any soul stones."

 "Come on girls we have to save her." Lita said moving towards the people.

 "Wait. HOW are we going to save her?" Serena asked looking at her.

 "I don't know, we have to try." She replied as Serena nodded her head. 

"Let's go!" she told them as they scattered into different areas. 

"Okay. Now how about that soul?" Rico said as she slowly walked over to the demon.

 "Get it out. NOW!" 

"Stop!" the voice rang over the warehouse. 

"Who was that? Come out. Show yourself!" Rico said almost terrified. 

"No. I think you mean 'selves'" A different voice rang out. 

"What?? How many of you are there. Caratay. Forget about her. Find them and destroy them." Rico instructed it.

 "Yes Master. Come out, come out wherever you are." It silently sang as it walked through the boxes and looked all over the floor for them. 

"Up here idiot." Another voice rang out. 

"Huh." It said sorta acting dumb and looking up at the five girls and one guy standing on the beams. "Oh so ya little girls wanna fight?" it question toughly. 

"Sure." One of them replied. "Shine Aqua Illusion" she yelled as she shoot ice from her arms towards the un-expecting enemy. "I am Sailor Mercury, Guardian form the planet Mercury." 

"Hey that was cold!"

 "You want something hot? Mars Fire Bird Strike!" She yelled as a large bird made up of fire attack the monster. "I am the Pretty Sailor Solider Mars." 

"Would you stop with the attacks?" 

"Why when there is still more? Venus Meteor Shower!" she yelled as the meteors encircled the monster. "I am the beautiful Sailor Venus, protector of Love!" 

"Ow that really hurt." 

"Well we're not done yet. Sparkling Wide Pressure!" she yelled as a bolt of lighting struck the opponent. "I am the tough Sailor Jupiter, get in my way and get zapped."

 "How many left? I don't think I can stand it." 

"Just me. Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss!" She yelled as a wave of energy hit the monster. "I am protector of Justice, and in the name of the Moon I will punish you." 

"Owww, but it will take more than that to destroy me! HIYA!" she screamed as she jumped up and cut the beam they were standing on. 

"We need the others!" Lita yelled once they were on the ground. "But how can we contact them?" Rei asked as she hid behind a crate, because the monster was attacking everything in sit. When suddenly a small tinkering noise was heard. As Serena turned her head she saw a small glass orb rolling on the ground away from them.

 "I have an idea. Cover me." She told them as she jumped over a box and ran for the orb. She heard the others attacking from behind her. As soon as she was inches away from it she dived for it and hid behind a large box. 

"How do I work this… Oh yeah. Power of Saturn. Power of Uranus. Power of Neptune. Power of Pluto. I call you forward Sailor Saturn, Sailor Uranus, Sailor Neptune, and Sailor Pluto. Come here to help us destroy our new enemy." When she was done saying the incantation she watched the orb. When it turned gray she through it on the ground. 

"Sailor Moon what's happening. I can't see a thing!" she heard the others yell at her. After a few seconds she saw what she needed. 

"Please help us." She asked the smog. 

"Pluto Dead Scream" 

"Space Sword Blaster" 

"Submarine Reflection" 

"Silence Glaive Surprise" all they others heard was a mumble and saw all sorts of attacks coming from where Serena was. When the smog cleared first they saw Serena standing on top of the crates, then they saw 4 figures behind her. 

"She got the outers." Mina said as they watched the monster get back up on its feet. 

"Sailor Moon." A new voice came from an open window. "It's her. The girl from my dream." She quietly whispered. The figure was tall, they saw her hair flowing with the wind, her eyes where like a burning fire. She was holding a long staff and on the top was a fireball.

 "What do you want? Who are you?" 

"I am Sailor Element Fire, and I am here to help." But before she could continue the monster jump on to the crate hit Serena and both of them flied through the air and landed on a box. They monster was trying to rip her brooch but could only touch it. After a few minutes he a swarm of light surrounded them and the monster flew backwards a landed on a different crate. When the light dimmed Serena was standing there in Super form. 

"Open you hearts and I will help you. Fire Give-Away" she yelled as the flame landed in front of Serena. Before any of them knew what was happening the flame jumped on to her brooch then became one huge flame around her. When the flame left Serena was different. She had a Super skirt, longer ribbons at the back, her shirt was white with a light blue ribbon and a new round brooch in the middle with a blue crystal, the collar was a lighter shade of blue her necklace was red with a crescent moon, and she had no tiara but just a crescent moon on her forehead. The way she was standing it looked like she had butterfly wings. 

"Oh look. The little wimpy scout had a wardrobe change." The monster said as he mocked Serena.

 "I can feel the power flowing through me. I must use it to destroy you. Moon Butterfly Kiss!" she said as a million butterflies swarmed over the monster until there was nothing left. "

I have already dealt with Rico. She is gone for now, but she will be back to try to steal more souls and look for the soul crystals. Use the power of love and hope to guide you on your way. You are now Celestial Sailor Moon. When the time comes you will all be one but I alone can't do all of you tonight. And I am sorry for scaring you like that Sailor Moon. I needed to prepare you. I will keep in touch." She said as she vanished out the window. 

"Wait!" the others, yelled trying to stop her, but she was gone. 

"Sailor Moon, are you okay?" Hotaru asked as she walked over to her. 

"Yes, I'm just a little tired. I haven't gotten much sleep." She told her. 

"I'll be okay." She reassured her. "I'll take you home." Darien said as he walked towards her. "We all need a good sleep. How about we meet tomorrow at Rei's Temple." He said as everyone nodded.

 "Come on. Let's get you home." He said he headed towards the door with Serena a few feet behind. 

~~ Next Day At Rei's Temple~~ 

"So what do you think about the new enemy." Rei asked when everyone finally got there. 

"There different. What is a soul stone?" Lita asked.

 "Well, a long time a go a part of the Silver Imperial Crystal broke off and the shards flew all over and settled in someone's soul, but to get them out you need to steal their soul. Which would kill them." Luna said from her perch on the roof. 

"Yes that's true, and if someone collects all five pieces they have a nice amount of the Crystal to destroy a nice sized area. But if we get it the Crystal will be bigger and have more power." Artemis added.

 "So what do we do about it?" Amara asked the two talking cats. 

"We don't know yet. We'll all have to be on our guard for awhile." Luna said as she jumped into Serena's lap. 

"What about Sailor Element Fire?" Serena asked. "We don't know a thing about her, but she is working with us so we should trust her." Trista replied before one of the cats could talk. 

"We're going have to be ready for anything. I think that this'll be a hard battle." Michelle said as she got up and sat down beside Serena as she looked up to the sky and though about what might happen if they don't get all of the Soul Stones. It could be the end of earth if they let them get them. She vowed she'd get them all as she looked into the sky. 'There goes our free lives.' 

Sailor Element

 Chapter 2 Sailor Element Water 

"I have to tell Sammy to stop eating so much. He's going to be the biggest kid in Tokyo!" Serena said as she walked out of the super-market with three very large brown paper bags full of food. "Maybe I should have brought Sammy to help me carry these things." She said as she turned and started slowly towards her house. 

"You need help again, Serena?" a voice she recognized as Chrissy asked as she took one of her bags so Serena could walk a little faster. 

"Thank you Chrissy. I really should bring my brother with me when I shop." 

"What's your brothers name?"

 "Sammy Tsukino. He's a little younger than me, and a real brat." "

Your lucky to have a younger brother. I would love to have a sibling." 

"Hey if you want Sammy, take him. I don't want him." 

"Oh you don't mean that do you?" 

"Well he may be a little brat but he's really nice at other times. He's always help me when I needed it." 

"Yeah well that's…" but before she could finish someone yelled at her. "Chrissy!!" someone yelled from behind them

 "Chrissy!" 

"Cindy?" she asked as the girl stopped when she was beside her. "I thought you were staying home? Did the others come too?" She asked as Cindy straightened her back. "Well I decided to help you and I don't know if they did come. Who's she?" she asked in an annoyed voice as she pointed to Serena. 

"Oh Cindy this is a new friend of mine Serena Tsukino. Serena this is my old friend Cindy Long. I've been helping her carry her bags home from the store for a few days." She said as she shifted the bag in her hand so she had a free hand.

 "Oh. Here let me help you too." She said as she took one of Serena's bags to help her carry them. 

"That's a pretty necklace you have." She said as Cindy's empty hand went to her necklace.

 "It's something I got from my home." She said as they rounded the corner. 

"Hey." She yelled as a car zoomed by on the curb and stopped a few feet away. 

"Amara!" Serena yelled at the driver of the yellow convertible. 

"Sorry Meatball Head. Couldn't help it." The driver replied as she turned around to face them. 

"Hi Hotaru." She waved at the little girl in the backseat. 

"See ya later Serena!" she yelled as they zoomed down the street.

 "Who is he?? How did you meet him? He's so cute. He your boyfriend??" Chrissy asked as Serena tried to stop from dyeing from laughter. 

"First her name is Amara, I met her about 3 years ago. And no." she replied. 

"You that was a GIRL!" Cindy asked but it was more of a statement then a question.

 "Yeah." She said as she walked up to her front door and unlocked it. 

"Here just put them in the kitchen, straight down and to your left, I have to get the mail." She said as Chrissy took the bag from her arm and walked into the deserted house. 

"All junk." She quietly said as she turned and look at the cloudless sky. It was a beautiful day. Then she saw a motorbike come down the street followed closely by Amara and Hotaru.

 "Racing as usual." She said as she walked inside leaving the door wide open for them. 

"Well Serena we have to get going soon…" Chrissy started but Serena cut her off with her hand. 

"My mom made a apple pie for me today and I think you two deserve it for helping me with my bags on your own free will." She said as she led them into the living room. "Make yourself at home. I'll get the pie. Oh and I think some of my friends might be coming in too." She added as she walked into the kitchen and took the pie out of the oven and cut it into nine pieces, then Sammy, Mom and Dad would be able to have some. She pulled out six plates as she heard Darien taunting Amara, probably because he beat her, which was a once and a while event, so she let him. 

"Hi Serena. Need help carrying the plates." Hotaru asked from the doorway. 

"Sure. Carry these out to the table." She instructed as she gave her the plates with 6 forks balancing on the plates.

 "Okay." Hotaru said as she slowly moved towards the living room. 

"Hey." She heard Darien's voice from behind her. "Ami and Luna wanted to give you this." He said as he held out a new communicator. 

"They said they'd explain how it works tomorrow." 

"Thank you. Wonder why we need new ones. The old ones still work fine?" She asked as she put it into her pocket and picked up the pie 

"Now let's eat."

"Master. I am sorry for failing you. She has given one of them tremendous power. It destroyed my monster. She is too strong. She calls herself Sailor Element Fire…" 

"WHAT! How could she have known this is where we are? Next time you see her use this." The cold voice sneered as a glowing orb flew towards the punk. When she grabbed it a long staff emerged from it. 

"Capture her soul too. Now go find us a new soul. I am counting on you Rico. Do not fail me!"

 "I shall be successful this time my Lord." Rico said as she walked out of the cold chamber.

"Bye Chrissy. Bye Cindy." Serena called out the door as the two girls walked away. Amara and Hotaru had already left. She looked down at the new communicator that Darien gave to her earlier.

 "Why do we need new ones?" she asked Darien who was sitting on the couch thinking. 

"That's Luna for you. Always doing something and not telling us until its almost too late." He said in a half-joking tone. 

"Yeah. Hope we don't have to use it for awhile." She said as she tossed it on the coffee table and sat next Darien. 

"What do you think we should do about these…" she paused a moment to figure out a work to describe them. 

"Things, and what do they want with the 'Soul Cry..." but before she could finish she heard an annoying beeping noise. She picked up the new communicator and pressed the 'Receive" button. 

"Serena we need help. NOW! We are at the park on the lake. Hurry!" she heard the frantic voice of Ami but before she could reply they were cut off.

 "Come on. Let's go." Darien said as he grabbed his helmet off the table while Serena put a note on the fridge and ran out the door, grabbed the extra helmet and speed down the street.

"Jupiter Thunder Crash!!" Lita yelled as a bolt of lightning hit the monster in the gut causing it to fall over. 

"Mercury Aqua Rhapsody!" Ami yelled as the monster stood up.

 "Me don't feel a thing." The monster told them as he released a cluster of vines that wrapped around Ami's ankle and gave a quick tug as Ami fell on to the ground.

 "Mercury, are you okay." Lita asked from the tree she was tied to. 

"Yeah. Just gonna be sore tomorrow." She said as she got up to her feet.

 "I wish Sailor Moon would hurry." As she got ready for another attack. "Mercury Ice Storm Blast!" she yelled as the monster ducked the attack as it hit Rico. 

"Hey you idiot. How am I supposed to work here when I keep getting hit! Get them out of this area. NOW!" she yelled as she turned back to the unconscious man and put her hand over his forehead. 

"Now give me you Soul!" she yelled. "Stop holding on to... Ow!" She screeched as she let go off the man and looked at her bleeding hand. 

"Who did this to my perfect skin!" she yelled to the air holding her bleeding hand in the air.

 "We did." The voices rang through the park and sent shivers up Rico's spine as Ami got up and help Lita get untangled from the tree. 

"Leave these people alone if you know what's best for you. I am the champion of Love and Justice. My name is Sailor Moon and in the name of the moon I will punish you." She said as she jumped out of the tree with Tuxedo Mask right behind her.

 "Oh great. Another two. Pantaie. Destroy these two while you're at it." 

"More fun. Oww." The monster yelped as four attacks hit him. "That hurt. Who did it." 

"We are the scouts of the outer planets. Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto, and in the name of our planets we will bring peace to this park." Michelle said as the four of them walked out of the bushes and into the small clearing. They where each holding their Talismans. And ready to fight.

 "Don't forget about me." A voice came from behind Sailor Moon. "I am Sailor Mars and I will burn you to a crisp in the name of Mars." 

"And I am the pretty Sailor Soldier Venus and with the power of Love and Beauty I will get rid of you."

 "Well is that everyone. Me want to destroy you." The monster snarled at them. Sailor Moon looked around innocently then replied in a sweet tone. 

"No, not any that I know of."

 "Good." It replied as it shot vines out from every direction and rapped up all the scouts in pairs. "HeHe. Now easy to destroy Sailor Scum." It said as another vine was shot out towards Sailor Moon and wrapped around her throat. 

"Kill strongest first. You kill me friend. I kill you and your friends." It said as it tightened the vine so that she couldn't breathe. "Don't worry. You all get a chance." It said as it looked at the faces of the scouts who were trying to get out to save Sailor Moon.

 "Element Fire Burn!" 

"Element Water Splash!" the two voices rang out as a bolt of fire followed by a water drop headed for the enemy. When it was almost on the monster the fire turned and headed for Serena and Darien and burned the vines holding them together and the one on her throat then burnt the rest of the vines. 

"Open your hearts Scouts." The voice that was recognized as Sailor Element Fire. "I will make you Celestial too. Fire Give-away!" she yelled, and just like the other night the flame jumped off her staff but this time when it hit the ground it split into 8 different flames and headed towards the scouts and jumped onto their bows and exploded covering them completely in fire. When the flames subsided the girls look like Serena. Super skirt, longer bows and no tiara just their sign. 

"Now hurry up and destroy this thing. We will take care of Rico." The other person told them. 

"Mars Fire Sniper!" Rei yelled as the monster ducked but she was able to sizzle its head. 

"Who are you?" Rei asked impatiently. 

"Ey' that hurt!" 

"I am Sailor Element water. I'm here to help you. The others will come soon enough. There are many of us. We too are scouts and we too are here to protect the Moon Princess. We are the Sailor Elements." She said as she leaped out of the tree and followed Sailor Element Fire. 

"Venus Love-Me Chain Whip!" Mina yelled as a stream of gold hearts whipped the monsters' sides causing it to fall onto the ground. 

"Hurry Sailor Moon finish it up." Mina yelled at Serena as she got up from the ground her hand still on her throat. 

"Okay. Moon Butterfly Kiss!!" She yelled as the swarm of butterflies attacked the monster. 

"Come on. Maybe the others need help with Rico." Hotaru asked from the clearing they where in. 

"Yeah. They probably do." Ami said as she followed the other girls towards the Elements. 

"Element Fire Wall!!" they heard Sailor Element Fire yell as a fire wall raced towards Rico. 

"Don't waste your time Fire." She said as she put her hand up as the wall went straight through her. "You know I'm stronger than you. Give it up. You too Water. You're nothing without the rest of them. Give in now and you won't be destroyed." She said as she held up a glowing orb.

"We will never give up Rico." Water said as she spun her staff so that it was in an attacking position. "We will never give up our souls. We only do what our Princess tells us to do." 

"Yes of course, you and your pathetic Princess. She can't help you know. She's not here." Rico said as she moved closer to Fire who was standing still. "So give it up." 

"Venus Love-Me Chain Encircle!" They heard Venus yell as the stream of hearts wrapped around Rico's wrist and gave a hard pull making Rico drop the glowing orb and a yellow cloud come out and slowly floated towards the unconscious man. 

"NNNOOOOO!!!!! Master is going to kill me now. Well at least he didn't have a soul crystal."

 "That'll save us some time." Water said with a hint of amusement. 

"I'll be back soon." 

"We'll be waiting." Fire said as she waved to the vanishing punk. "and we'll be ready." She added when she was gone. 

"Sailor Saturn, I'd fix up Sailor Moon's throat if I were you." She said pointing to Sailor Moon's throat that had gotten cut by the monster. 

"Okay." Hotaru said as she ran towards Sailor Moon and put her hand over her throat and in a flash of light it was healed. "All better." She said as she gave the blonde scout a big hug. 

"Thank you." She replied as she let her go. "Please we would like to know who EXACTLY you are." Serena asked Fire knowing she would answer. 

"We are from a team of Scouts known as the Element Scouts. We are from a solar system far away. There are many of us. We think more of them will come to help you. If you ever need help we'll be there." She replied as they turned on their heels and started to walk away. 

"Wait," Tuxedo Mask spoke up "How will we be able to find you." He asked as Fire turned around and pointed to Serena. 

"Whenever she is extremely tired I can speak to here." She said and raised her hand before Serena could ask her something. 

"I DON'T know who you are. I can only talk to Sailor Moon. If you ever need to talk to me just transform, close your eyes and repeat my name in you head until you can either see me or hear me. Good bye." she said as they disappeared into the afternoon light. 

"Oh my God!! It's Sailor Moon!!" they heard someone yell as a big mob of fans ran towards the scouts like a bunch of wild animals. 

"Rei's temple after-school tomorrow." Ami said as everyone ran in different directions. 

~~ After School Rei's Temple~~ 

"So everyone here?" Amara asked when she and Michelle arrived at the temple. 

"Yes." Mina said as they sat down in front of the low table. 

"So what do you think? I mean they said they would help, but should we really trust them?" 

"Well they did say they only listened to the Princess." Lita added 

"I don't think it was me they were talking about." Serena silently added as everyone looked at her. 

"What do you mean Serena." Hotaru asked as she looked up to the blonde next to her. 

"I don't know. I just have a feeling it's not me." She said looking down at Hotaru. 

"Serena's right there could be a different Princess they bow down to. Like the Starlights." Trista said as the other girls nodded to her. 

"Why do you think they're here?" Lita asked, as she looked a Trista in the eyes and saw a hint of amusement in them.

 "What do you know about them?" she asked in a tougher voice. 

"I only know that they are here in peace. And that they are just like Amara and Michelle before Sovern Of Silence was discovered." She said looking at Serena from the corner of her eye. 

"So should we just leave them alone or should we try to team up with them?" Hotaru asked after Trista had finished. 

"I think we should try to work with them. It might help us in the future." Serena said looking up at others as they nodded their heads in agreement.

 "The new one was shorter than you Serena." Hotaru giggled.

 " Yeah she was maybe 5 feet." Rei added. "and you thought you were short Serena." 

"Well we have to go. Come on Hotaru." Trista said as Michelle and Amara got up and turned for the door. 

"Bye." Hotaru said cheerfully as they walked out of the small room. 

"I'm hungry. Let's go to Crown for something to eat." Lita said as she gave Mina a taunting gaze. 

"Sure." Serena said as she stood up followed shortly by Rei and Ami. 

"Come on Mina. We won't talk." Rei said putting one hand over her heart and the other in the air. 

"Scout promises." Serena said mimicking Rei.

 "Alright then." Mina said finally giving way to the girls.

 "You coming Darien?" Mina said as she picked up her jacket.

 "I'll join you later. I have to get something I need to do first." He said as the girls walked out into the cold January breeze. 

"Looks like it'll snow tonight." He said looking up to the sky. 

"I hope so!" Serena said looking up at the gray clouds. 

"We haven't had much snow this year."

 "Yeah. Maybe if we get enough Rico will get to cold to fight!" Mina added with a big smile. 

"Let's hope so." Ami said. "Let's hope she does."

Sailor Element

 Chapter 3 Just Breath By Chrissy 

"I told you we wouldn't talk." Lita boasted as they walked out of the arcade. 

"Well, you ALMOST did!" Mina said as they walked down the street towards the temple. 

"Luna? What are you doing over here?" she questioned the black cat as she jumped onto Serena's shoulder. 

"Well, I still need to tell you about your new communicators." She purred as Serena scratched her head.

 "I thought you were gonna tell us at the meeting???" Rei asked as she did her jacket up tighter to keep her warm. 

"Rei!" Lita scolded as she waved her finger in front of her nose. 

"Luna isn't as young as she used to be. Leave her alone." she added with a slight crack in her smile.

 "Yeah! Poor Luna. She's losing her memory." Mina sympathized. 

"Oh Luna." Rei said as she went over to her and rubbed her head. 

"I'm so sorry." Luna was about to respond to these comments when she someone yelled at them. 

"Serena!" the voice come from behind them. 

"What." she replied as she turned around to see Chrissy and Cindy walking towards them. 

"Oh. Hi Chrissy, Cindy." she greeted them when they reached her.

 "What are you doing over here?" "We were just walking around." Cindy replied in a nice tone.

"Oh. What a cute kitty." Chrissy said as she scratched Luna's chin. 

"I have a bird. What's her name?" 

"Luna." Serena replied.

"Oh and these are my friends, Ami, Rei, Lita and Mina." she added gesturing to her friends as they bowed their heads when she said their names. 

"Hi." Cindy said in a bright voice as she stretched out her hand for them to shake. 

"Sorry but we have to go," she added in a quiet voice.

 "That's okay. We have to head over to Rei's anyway. It was nice to meet you two." Mina said bowing her head again. 

"Okay. Well, it was nice to meet your friends Serena. I hope we all get a chance to talk again. Good bye." Chrissy said as they turned around and walked away.

 "Where did you meet them?" Rei asked Serena with a definite glare. 

"I bumped into her a few days ago." she replied as she turned and headed towards the temple. 

"Why would THEY want to hang out with YOU." Rei argued as she caught up with Serena. 

"Rei, you're sssooooo mean!" Serena said as she stuck out her tongue. 

"Am not." she replied as the two started one of their famous tongue wars. 

"I don't think they'll EVER get along." Lita said as she dropped her head. 

"I agree." Mina said as she watched the two girls arguing about something. By the time they got to the temple the girls had stopped fighting and were talking about the communicators with Luna.

 "Okay." Luna said as she jumped off of Serena's shoulders. "These ones are a little better than your old ones because it has a bigger screen so you can see more of use at once, it has a homing device, and many more extra features." Luna stated as she pointed to buttons on the communicator. "There is also a homing device that we can put on your brooch or wand." She added as she showed them nine small buttons. "Put these on the back and if you don't have your communicator or its broke you can call us by pressing this and a homing beacon will appear on the screens." she finished off. 

"Whoa. Enough stuff Luna!" Lita exclaimed as she tried to register everything that she had just heard. 

"Is that all?" she asked nervously.

 "Well there is another." Luna started, but stopped as she heard the groans from Lita, Mina and Serena. 

"I don't know if it works yet. But we think it'll pick up major evil readings." Luna said as she looked at the screen. 

"But then again it may not work…" she trailed off as she looked up into the sky. 

"Come on Luna. You know it will work." Ami said as she patted her head. 

"Yeah. When have you failed us?" Rei asked 

"You're the best pet ever!" Serena added cheerfully. 

"Cheer up Luna. You know you're the best!" Mina boasted. 

"What about Artemis??" Lita asked, 

"What would he say if her heard THAT!"

"RICO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" the Masters voice echoed though the tavern walls. 

"You wanted to see me Master?" Rico quietly asked as she entered the small throne room. She knew why he called her, she knew why he was mad, and she knew more then he would ever know. All he did was sit on the throne. He wasn't even supposed to be in it. The Princess would get mad if she knew. 

"Rico." He started sweetly "Why haven't you been out capturing souls?" he added as his voice got harsher and harsher. "We are losing power!" He was yelling now. She could see his figure standing up as tall as possible. He didn't scare her. 

"Master. I am sorry but this 'Weather' and 'Sessions' they have make it cold up there." she said with a pout as she pointed to the roof. And I mean I DO NOT do 'Cold'"

 "Then MAKE it warm!" his voice boomed. "WE NEED THOSE SOULS!!!!!!!! If the Princess comes back and we have NO souls, do you know what she'll do to us?!" he questioned her. 

"Now get some Souls." 

"As you wish Master Cryzion," she said as she bowed and vanished. 

"Master." A new voice came from a darkened corner. "If you would give me a chance to prove my skills…" 

"No Ayrosal. Give the girl a chance. You can wait. The princess has a plan for her."

"He wants Souls? He'll get Souls." Rico said as she walked into her room. "Let's see. Computer." She spoke to a large computer on the wall. "Show me what everyone is doing now. Where can I get the most Souls in one shot?" she asked as the computer started to make noises and images flashed on the screen. After a few minutes of humming and whirling it spoke. 

"Lady Rico. Right now, most people are going to dances at their school. Go to one and I'm sure you'll get plenty of Souls." the computer hissed out.

 "What school shall I go to then?" she asked as a picture of a high school appeared and writing formed under it. "Tenth Street High School." Rico read aloud. "Valentines Day Dance. February 14th." She continued. "Let me see. Today is the 10th. Four days to get ready! Now," she said as she turned from the computer, "What shall I wear?"

"Hey Serena!" Mina yelled as she caught up to Serena.

"Do you know when we'll get our new teacher?" 

"Uhh! Don't remind me. I saw Mr. Jackson righting up a note about each of us during detention yesterday. I don't think I'll have a chance," she said as they sat down under a tree where there was no snow. 

"So. What are you and Darien doing Friday?" Mina asked, "Are you going to the dance?" 

"What? Who's going to the dance?" Lita asked as she sat down next to Serena.

 "Yah! What dance?" Rei asked as she and Ami sat down. 

"And where?"

 "The Valentine's Dance this Friday. Are you going Lita?" Mina asked as she turned to Lita. 

"With Ken?" she added before she could speak. "

Well… um… he… well… ya… yes." Lita stammered out. 

"Are you and Greg going Ami?" she asked so she could hide her face. 

"He hasn't asked me." She said simply.

 "What if he does? What will you say?" Rei asked as she gave her a fiery glare. 

"Well," Ami started she started to blush. 

"I would probably say yes. What about you Mina? You and Andrew going?"

 "Yes." she said simply. "Too bad you and Chad don't go to this school…" she said as she turned to Rei. 

"It would so cool if you did. But I guess that's okay. You can just spend the night at the temple like usual." Mina said as she gave Rei a sympathetic look. 

"That doesn't bother me, because there is nothing between me and Chad." Rei said calmly. 

"Well then I guess you DON'T want to come to the dance, since I was able to snag an extra invitation." Mina said as she pulled out a red piece of paper with 'Dance. February 14th 7:00. Admit 2.' on it. 

"I'll have to find someone else." she said hesitantly as she put it on the ground. 

"Alright, alright!" Rei yelled as she snatched the card from the ground. 

"Me and Chad are going out and I want to go to the dance!" 

"Ok. Come on girls let's get back inside so we can see the new teacher." Mina said as she got up and headed for the school.

 "And remember Rei, Chad and only Chad." she said as she ran of so Rei couldn't hurt her.

"Hey Serena. Is that a NEW brooch?" Molly asked as she leaned over Serena's desk so she could see it. 

"Hmm? Oh ya." Serena replied simply. 

"Wow. It looks very expensive. Can I see it? I'll be very careful!" Molly pleaded. 

"Well… ok." Serena said hesitantly as she un-clipped the brooch and handed it to Molly. 

"Wow." she breathed. "It's so beautiful," she said as a few of the other girls looked over Molly's shoulder to look at it. 

"How much was this?" One of the girls asked. 

"Where did you get it?" another on piped in. "

Dunno. A friend gave it to me." Serena said as she clipped it back onto her uniform. 

"Oh. Well out of all the brooches you've had, I like this one the best." She said as she turned and started towards the desk. 

"And the most powerful one." she heard Mina whisper. 

"So do ya think the substitute will be nice?" Molly asked as she sat. 

"I hope she's smart." Melvin said as he put his book down.

 "Who said it's a girl?" Ami asked.

 "We'll find out in a sec." Lita said as the principal walked into the class. 

"Ok kids, settle down. I would like you to meet your new teacher, who will be here until Mr. Jackson gets back." He said as a tall woman with light brown hair and blue eyes walked into the room. 

"This is Miss. Campbell. I hope you can do something with them." He said as he walked out of the room. 

"Ok class settle down." She asked in a polite tone. "Since this is my first day I want to get to know you better." she said as Ami put up her hand.

 "Yes Miss…Anderson is it?" 

"Yes." Ami replied. 

"Mr. Jackson wrote you a note…" 

"This one?" she asked as she held up a few pieces of paper. "I believe in giving people chances. And to see them not how others do, but how you do." she said as she ripped the piece of paper into tiny bites. 

"Everyone read chapters 1 to 5 in you history books while I come around and talk to you."

"Serena, you shouldn't go to this dance. We have to talk about what's happening." Luna said as she paced around the door so Serena couldn't leave.

 "Calm down Luna." Serena replied as she put her earrings on. 

"I'll have my communicator with me incase there is a problem. Plus Darien has his car so we can get out of the dance quick. And Rei is coming too, so it'll be ok." she said as she looked at the clock. 6:45. 

"Darien should be here in five minutes." she said as she picked up the cat and petted her head. 

"Why don't you and Artemis do something tonight?" she asked as the cat looked up at her.

 "Serena, there are more important things to get done." the cat snapped back. 

"Come on. Go over to Mina's and talk to Artemis. You two can make battle plans." Serena said as she got up grabbed her purse and jacket. 

"You know you want to..." she said as she walked out of her room as her mom was coming up the stairs. 

"Serena dear, you look lovely." Ikuko said as she admired her daughter for a second. 

"When does Darien get here?" she asked as she snapped out of her trance. "

Any minute now." Serena replied as she went downstairs. 

"Where are YOU going?" Sammy asked as he got up and stood in front his sister. 

"The valentine's dance at school." She said as she pushed him out of the way. 

"Sammy, don't you have a big project due Monday?" Serena asked as she looked out the front window to see if Darien was there yet. 

"What project Sammy?" Ikuko asked as she came down the stairs. 

"Nothing." Sammy said as he sulked back to his room. 

"I think Darien's here." Ikuko said as they heard a car driving down the street. 

"I don't think that boy will ever surprise you with that car!" Ikuko laughed as she handed Serena her jacket. 

"Now don't stay out too late." Ikuko scolded as she pushed Serena towards the door. "Have fun." 

"I will. Bye mom." Serena said as she walked out of the house. 

"Hi Darien." Serena said as she ran up to him. 

"Hey. You look great!" he said as he gave her a small kiss on the cheek 

"Thanks." 

"Ready to go?" he asked as he opened the door for her. 

"Yes." Serena replied as she got in the car and waited for Darien to get in the car. 

"These are for you," he said as he handed her a dozen red roses. 

"Thank you!" she said as she took the roses from his hand and held them carefully so she wouldn't bend or break any.

 "Let's go!" she said as they sped down the empty street and towards the high school.

"Serena, Darien!" Mina called as she ran over to them with Andrew on her arm.

 "So, she dragged you here?" Darien asked with a chuckle as Serena jabbed him in the ribs. 

"Yah, well I had nothing else to do." He said as he dodged Mina's shoe's heel. 

"Come on Serena. Let's leave these baka's and find the others." Mina said as she grabbed Serena's hand and pulled away from Darien and towards the gym where the music was on. 

"Ami, Lita!" Mina yelled over the music as she and Serena ran over to them. 

"Where's Rei?" she asked in an annoyed voice. 

"Dunno. Haven't seen her or Chad yet." Lita said as she kept her eyes locked on a group of guys swarming around someone.

 "What's happening over there?" Serena asked as she tried to see who they were swarming around. 

"We don't know. A few minutes after we got her some girl came and well…" Ami said, gesturing at the crowd. 

"There's Rei." Lita said pointing towards the doors. 

"Rei! Over here!" Mina yelled as Rei and Chad started walking towards them. 

"Hey. Who is THAT?" Rei demanded as she got over to them. 

"We don't know." Mina said as Darien and Andrew came and stood next to their dates. 

"Why would you care. Chad doesn't seem like he wants to go over to her." Mina said as she pointed to Chad who was staring at Rei. 

"I don't know. Just bad vibes."

"Dance with me!" one of the many boys started to yell. 

"Calm down boys." Rico said in a sweet tone. "There's time for all of you." 

"Me first." Another one yelled.

 "Calm down or I won't dance with ANY of you." she toyed. *Humans are so easy to manipulate.* "I am thirsty though." she said as the crowd disappeared to get her a drink. She looked around to get a glimpse of the dance. 'Now, who will be my first target.' She asked as she looked around her. Then someone caught her eyes. *Tall, dark hair, dark blue eyes, nice body, looks handsome in a tux, great dancer.* She thought as she watched one of the guys on the dance floor. *Target One. Come meet your new fate.* She thought. *One problem Rico, look at the girl in his arms. I doubt we'll get her out of our way.* her voice taunted.

 "She looks like one big flake, if you ask me." Rico muttered as she looked to her left and saw the parade of boys heading her way.

 "Uh-Oh." she whispered as she walked across the dance floor and headed for the ladies room. 

"Mina, why did you MAKE me come?" a raven-haired girl asked as she handed a brush to a blonde girl. 

"You didn't HAVE to come." the girl called Mina said looking up from another girl. 

"Now give me eye-liner." Mina said as she stretched out her hand for the liner. 

"Mina, you don't have to do this." The blue-haired girl said as she struggled from a brown haired girl's grasp. 

"Ami," the brown haired girl started. "This is the Valentine's dance. Dance of love! And we're just making you beautiful for Greg." she said as she smiled at Rico. 

"Hi." 

"Hi. You should put a darker base on her." Rico said as she walked up to the girls and grabbed a compact from her purse. 

"Oh. Thanks. I'm Mina." The blonde girl said, as she took the compact with one hand and shook her hand with the other. "This is Lita, Rei, and Ami." she said gesturing to the three girls around her. 

"Mina, where's Serena?" Lita asked, looking around the small bathroom. 

"Probably dancing with Darien." Rei said looking down at Ami. 

"I think we're done!" she said as Mina got up to show Ami off to all the girls in the bathroom. 

"Is that really Ami??" one of the girls asked as she came up to get a closer look. 

"Good job Mina!" she said as she walked out of the bathroom. 

"Thanks… I'm sorry, I didn't get your name." Mina said as she handed the compact back to Rico. 

"It's R…" *If I tell them my real name, they'll know I'm going to do something. They could be the Sailor Scouts or Sailor Elements for all I know.* "René." She said quickly, putting the compact in her purse. "I'm sorry but I have to go. I have some people to see. Nice to meet you." Rico said as she walked out of the bathroom and bumped into a girl.

 "Sorry." The girl said as she kept walking into the bathroom. Once she was in the gym she saw her target talking to four other boys. *Hmmm. He looks older then most of these guys. Except for the blonde guy. I'll get all five at once!* she thought as a smirk came onto her face. She pulled out a purple velvet bag. 

"Soul Time!" she yelled, but no one noticed because of the blaring music. After she yelled her black dress turned back into her black punk rocker outfit and a black guitar in her hands. 

"Gimme your souls." she yelled under the music.

"Oh my God!" Serena exclaimed as she walked in.

 "Is that really Ami?" she asked as she looked at Ami. Before she could reply, a bone-shattering scream broke through the bathroom. 

"Did you feel that!" Rei exclaimed as she opened up the door a bit. 

"I said 'Gimmie your souls!'" a voice yelled from the gym.

 "Rico!" Lita said pulling out her wand.

 "Jupiter Celestial Star Power!" she yelled as an explosion of star and leaves came out of her wand and moments later Celestial Sailor Jupiter was standing where Lita was. 

"Mars Celestial Star Power!" Rei yelled after she found her wand and a stream of fire and stars wrapped around her, leaving Celestial Sailor Mars standing in front of the mirror. 

"Mercury Celestial Star Power!" Ami yelled, standing up from the counter. After a flow of bubbles and stars, Celestial Sailor Mercury was waiting for Mina and Serena. 

"Hurry up!" she bossed as she pulled out her pocket computer. 

"Venus Celestial Star Power!" Mina yelled holding her pen high in the air, letting it erupt with stars and hearts. 

"Let's go Serena." Celestial Sailor Venus urged as she pulled out her communicator and tried to contact the others. 

"Right! Moon Celestial Crystal Power!" she yelled as her locket exploded and left her standing as Celestial Sailor Moon. "Let's go girls!" 

"The outers will be here soon!" Mina said as they ran out of the small bathroom.

"Do I have to say please?" Rico demanded of the figures on the ground.

 "Leave them alone Rico!" a voice, yelled from the stage.

 "Great." Rico muttered from the floor. "Let me guess. A wannabe hero." Rico said turning around. 

"This was supposed to be a time of love, and time to be with the one you love. We are the Sailor Scouts and on behalf of the moon we will punish you for ruining this day of love!" Celestial Sailor Moon yelled as she and the scouts jumped down from the stage. 

"Hmmm… Well if I'm wrong, or suck at math, your numbers are down." she said looking around her. 

"Wrong! Uranus World Shaking!" a voice came right before a ball of energy hit Rico in the back. "

Dang! Well then, I'll need some help. Invitey, come on out!" she yelled as a monster came out. It was taller than Lita, and looked like a piece of walking paper.

 "Where are your invitations?" it asked, looking up at the scouts. 

"Here's my invite. Mars Burning Mandala!" Rei yelled as she jumped of the stage. 

"Here's mine. Venus Love And Beauty Shock!" Mina yelled following Rei. 

"That's not them!" it yelled back as it shot slips of red paper towards all the scouts. The paper broke into two pieces before it hit the scouts. One large one around their arms and legs, and another small one around their mouths.

"Good job, Invitey. Now I'll steal these souls." Rico said, walking towards the group of unconscious people and playing a few notes on her guitar. "I should have used this the first day I started." she said as she walked up to the sleeping form of Darien. 

"No!" Serena tried to yell but it only came out as a grunt. 

"What?" Rico said turning around. 

"Do we have a problem here?" she asked them, then turned back around.

 "Good. While you start to suffocate, I'll steal all of these souls." *Close your eyes and repeat my name in you head until you can either see me or hear me.* Serena heard Sailor Element Fire's voice echoing in her head. It had to work! *Sailor Element Fire. Sailor Element Fire. Sailor Element Fire. Sailor Element Fire. Please help me!*

Chrissy stopped in the middle of the street. She thought she heard her, then it came again. 

"Chrissy, what's the matter?" Cindy asked as the stepped onto the sidewalk. "

Where are you going?" she asked as Chrissy ran into an empty alley. "Element Fire Power!" Chrissy yelled as a ball of fire appeared in her hand and in a second she was covered in flames, and was left standing as Sailor Element Fire. 

"Come on she's needs our help!" Sailor Element Fire said as she 

"I'm here. Element Water Power!"

*We're coming Sailor Moon!* Sailor Element Fire's voice came back to her head as Serena opened her eyes to see Rico walking around the gym looking for someone with a good soul. Serena looked at the others. It looked like they didn't have much air left either. Just then, two dark figures drifted into the room. One of them went closer to Rico while the other came over to Serena. She noticed her immediatly as Sailor Element Fire. 

"We're here Sailor Moon. Now, be quiet and move slowly." she said as she put one hand on Serena's neck and used the other to pull the paper of her mouth. Then she used her staff to cut one around her body.

 "Go help them," she said gesturing towards the bodies of people. "I'll free the others." she ended as she went over to Mars, and Serena went over to the fallen body of Darien. 

"Darien, wake up. Please get up." Serena pleaded to him as she ran her hand through his hair. 

"Wake up." 

"Hmm… Sailor Moon?" he asked as he opened his eyes. 

"What…" he started but she put her hand over his mouth. 

"Get out of here." She told him sternly. "No!" 

"Please!" she begged, "Just get out of her for now, help the others!" 

"But…" 

"Go!" she demanded as he got up and slowly walked out of the gym. Serena looked over at the other girls and saw Andrew and Chad slowly getting up. Then she saw Water getting ready for an attack and Fire opening a near by door. 

"Come on Sailor Moon. We have to attack." Amara said as she kneeled beside her and pointed towards Rico, who was now taking random souls. But before she could reply, Water yelled out "Element Water Splash!" The drops of water hit Rico in the back.

 "Why you!" she yelled as she turned around and saw that the scouts were out and some of her victims had escaped. 

"Great!" she murmured as she played a high note on her guitar that sent shock waves towards them. 

"Element Fire Wall!" Fire yelled out, creating a wall that stopped the waves. 

"Don't try it Rico!" 

"I have enough souls." she said as she got ready to leave.

 "No you aren't. Mercury help me!" Water yelled as she waited for Mercury to come help. 

"Ok!" Mercury replied as she lined up her attack. "Mercury Aqua Rhapsody!" 

"Element Water Wall!" Water yelled as the two attacks hit Rico. But at the same time an attack hit her from the back and she was trapped in an ice cube. 

"Air!" Fire and Water yelled at once.

 "The one and only!" a girl from the door replied. "Now, Sailor Moon, why don't you finish this tough guy up!" she said pointing to the monster trying to escape.

 "Alright. Moon Butterfly Kiss!" she yelled as the monster disappeared and the lost souls returned to their rightful body.

 "Till next time Sailor Moon." The Elements said as they disappeared into the cold night.

 "Well, since that's over lets get the dance back onto its feet!" Mina said as they all ran back towards the bathroom.

 "Chrissy, do you think Sam will come? Sam's a strong warrior. We could use her help!" Kayla asked Chrissy, who was too busy trying to make a fire, only to have Cindy put them out.

 "Baka!" a voice yelled at them before Chrissy could respond. 

"You'll never learn!" it said as a tall tomboyish figure walked onto the beach and stood near them. 

"It's either Sammy or Samantha." She said as she pushed her short brown hair out of her eyes. 

"Sam is Sam and I ain't Sam." She said as she shuddered from the thought.

 "Sammy!" Cindy yelped as she stood up and greeted her friend. 

"You scared me!" she said as she gave the girl a hug. 

"I can tell." She snickered as she pointed towards Chrissy, who was now drenched. 

"NOW you are dead." Chrissy snarled as she raced after the Princess of Water.
