Legato Bluesummers: Psychotic Killer |
| Legato Bluesummers is a dark and imposing character who suddenly appeared out of nowhere and whose only two missions in life are to serve his master Millions Knives and to kill Vash the Stampede. Wearing his long white coat with a skull on one shoulder and metal spikes on the other, Legato is a character of pure evil who will do whatever his master wishes. He hired a powerful team of killers called the Gung-Ho Guns to finish off Vash and the destruction of the planet with him. Legato Bluesummers becomes Vash's most deadly nemesis. | |||

Weapon: Mind Control Legato has no use for any external weapons since he uses his mind to control the actions of other people. In this way, he can kill any man, woman and child in a blink of an eye. Legato constantly uses his ability to control others to manipulate Vash's mind and to get Vash involved into deeper troubles.
