As a Peace Elder, it would normally be out of line for me to be critical. But this concerns our nation and those children of the future. So I will take the liberty to voice my opinions at this time.
Someone once said a picture is worth a thousand words, so therefore I shall start my comments with this picture. It may take some time to download, so be patient. It may be worth the wait.
In case the meaning escapes you, let me clarify it.
As you see at the top, the United States of America is slowly breaking up.
The main reason for it is because this green paper has become the God to people rather than that Creator above.
As a Christian, I have often been criticized for using the name Great Mystery, or Creator rather than God. But I purposely do this to differentiate between the Great Creator of all and tha green god that people have come to adore so much as of late.
This green god has created nothing more than greed and apathy in todays people. This nation was founded under GOD The CREATOR and became great under those precepts. Today a minority of the population dictate the policies of the many undermining this great democracy founded under God the Creator, while the apathetic look on and suffer the consequences.
Because of a few Athiest among us, God and prayer were taken from our schools, thus denying the children of the majority the great moral lessons that were used to found this nation.
While each person's belief is personal unto themselves and is theirs to live with, it gives them no more right to dictate their precepts on others then it is for any Christian or any other religions to do so. But to undermine those moral principles which built this tremendous country which gives them that freedom to voice said opinions is an injustice to all those who would see this nation remain great.
I am reminded of the words of the late Russian ruler Stalin, right after the end of world war 2.
"I will bury you so gently that you won't even know you're dead."
Shall we American's allow ourselves to be buried gently by our minorities? Think of our future generations! Live for them! THINK!
