The door are stiff but you manage to turn the handles and push hard against them, forcing them slowly open.

Stepping into the room you feel overwhelmed, you have entered what appears to be the Countesses throne room.

Huge windows at one end of the room cast moonlight in and candles add a slightly eeire yet warm atmosphere. Looking around the walls you see pictures of another beautiful land full of what seem to be faery creatures. One picture, a portrait, shows the Countess sitting next to a beautiful man, they are both looking intensley at one another and you find yourself wondering who this person is...
Reading a small plaque attached to the frame you see the words;

Lord Pain Dehmerest with his Countess, the Lady Erzsebet.

...You walk thru the room, casting your eyes over the tapestries and pictures hanging around you, and you silently move to two huge carved wooden chairs at the end of the room. One chair is slightly larger than the other and appears to be carved form some strange black wood, while the other smaller chair is made from a warm, dark mahogany wood.
You reason that the larger chair must belong to Lord Dehmerest who was pictured sitting in it alongside the Countess in the portrait, while the smaller one belongs to the Countess herself.

Will you sit on one of the chairs...?

The one belonging to Lord Dehmerest...?

The one belonging to the Countess...?

Do you wish to return to the gallery...?

Or simply leave this strange non-reality...?
