section of my Book of Shadows. Yes, this is the page where I'm going to list the information I have
found useful in workings with crystals. I won't have every kind of crystal or mineral listed here as I don't
own them all or work with them all. If you're looking for information on one that I don't have listed,

Amethyst :The Greeks claime by putting amethyst
into your drink, you would not become drunk.

Sapphire :A good one for dealing with
emotions. I find that when I'm wearing sapphire's and dealing with a group of people, I can understand
their emotions and feeling so much better. But be careful as this can also happen in reverse.
As you may have guessed, Amethyst is my favorite. I fell in love with the stone when I was still in
public school (pre grade eight). I now have a small collection of Amethyst jewelery, and my favorite
piece is an Amethyst ring I got while on a school trip in British Columbia, Canada. The stone it tear d
rop shaped, in a silver settig. Anyways on to the crystals....
