EASY CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS

1- 4 lb. Chicken

Bisquick

Seasonings-Garlic Salt, Pepper

Put chicken in dutch oven after rinsing and cleaning. Add water to

almost cover bird, sprinkle garlic salt and pepper over and cover, let

simmer till done about 1 and one half hours.

Remove chicken from pan and remove meat from bones. Put meat back in

pan with the broth. On the Bisquick Box find the dumpling recipe.

Follow the directions, get chicken broth to boiling put dumpling mix as

directed in boiling mixture. COVER and let cook for 10 minutes.
